Cause 25v25 couldn't run for shite on the 360. There is a reason no one plays the game on the 360. People like to say the 360 has a 50MP game but they dont' mention that the game had to dumb down everything from graphics to lighting etc to insane amounts to get it working and it still lagged with anything above 16players on map.
Why do you think they aren't going 25v25 now for this game or why no other developers have tried going more than 12v12 for online FPS MP ...

Ever since COD4 it's been down hill. Every year you see Activision have found a cash cow and are milking it for all it's worth.
