When someone, anyone is giving reasons why a console will be "ON PAR" with a competiting console that came out a whole year later then men, someone's in trouble.
you're an adult now and though Mario is a fun gaming expereince it's not one you'll die if you don't get to play it. As generations get older so do new ones spring up. There are legions of kids who can't get enough of Mario.

I can't believe how idiotic gamers are to try and justify paying for a service that you shouldn't be. PSN is free and it's gameplay (which is the main purpose for online GAMING) is obviously smooother than live's.
So in when you all are stupidly useing the "haha! it's only $4 per month" comments also remember that at the end of the console gen which is about 5 years, you could/should have been able to buy anywhere from 5 to 10 extra games for that amount.
Bioware have no say in what happens to the game. It's EA's to do as they please with and I'm sure you're aware of EA's business ways. :)
I was shocked to hear that this game floped massively in Japan and garnered virtually no interest in the game's signing event. Wow. Maybe NA will give it some love.

Most of those games listed are actually fun games. Very lame attempt. Look on the Wii's library if you're having a hard time looking for utter crap titles for a gaming console.

Ok, it seems some people are mistaking the article to mean the S has sold more than the PS2 world wide. The article inplies it's done so in Japan.
We have to remember certain things some of which have been stated above by some people about not really being fair in comparing handhelds to home consoles but also that the DS hasn't come close to the 100 million mark WW and that the PS2 is still on mark to reach the 150 million mark by the end of it's production... And seeing as KZ1, which is hailed as "teh worst FPS EVA!!!!" by the xbox/360 fanbase and a lot of media, actually sold more copies than any xbox exclusive save for halo1&2, I don't think you can call it a flop. That would mean virtually every xbox exclusive game apart from halo1&2 was a flop. The only games to come close to KZ1 numbers were PGR1 & Fable.

Well if you thiught games like Perfect Dark, Timesplitters & Goldeneye were mediocre experiences then I'm sure Haze will also be mediocre to you too.
But for the rest of the normal non-trollish world, it's kinda daft to think the developers that created such great & iconic FPS games will all of a sudden do a 180 and create a weak FPS as their introduction into current gen gaming.
It didn't take long for the bashing of an incredible optional feature that Sony has ANYTHING to do with XD
