They didn't want videos either yet along came YouTube(though they've really fumbled their opportunities to expand it).
Didn't they add 10 games to their launch lineup within moments prior.
I think it's fear of change from the structure that we're all familiar with. Especially the ability to buy a game, & if you maintain your hardware, be able to play it well into the future with 0 considerations.
But the same could be thought about videos/DVD's against YouTube, Netflix, etc but these services seem supplementary at this point, rather than outright replacements.
It could be a decade or longer before game streaming could make a...
Different people, different teams.
Origin Story, Red-Sun radiation, Kryptonite, or even amnesia, there's plenty of ways to depower Superman so that the play can enjoy a more grounded game where you get stronger as the game goes along.
GTAV is their dream goal.
"so stop been a dick and stop telling people what to do"
You see the irony, right? What's worst is that you've devolved the conversation.
It went from a journalist defending themself, requesting that people stop leaping to false conclusions (they could have done that much more professionally though), to just plain attacking.
It'll likely be on PC too which is all I care about for now, though with next gen looming, there's every chance that my laptop won't keep up so I guess I'll wait and see.
I don't get it, it's not hard to learn and you have quick grapples for immediate moves then you have heavy grapples for those that want bigger moves.
They've barely changed since the early Smackdown vs RAWs and while they should always look into smoothening it, I'll never comprehend the overcomplicated argument.
No doubt people did speak up, then were immediately shot down. They have deadline to meet & contractual obligations to follow, that's more immediately important than their customer reputation.
I don't envy these developers. Picking up someone else's scraps then having those dead lines & picking up the heat for releasing an unfinished game against their ideals.
I'd blame the people who insist on the ridiculous deadlines and the annual cycle. If you're going to release something annually, you're going to have invest more in the team to keep up & same it an increment worth customers investing in to.
PS3 BC was all over the place so it would actually make sense to define how it'll work despite how obvious it may seem.
Given Microsoft's trends lately, it certainly wouldn't hurt.
Microsoft isn't in the same fairytale social media, multimedia casual, always online dream land that they were at the start of this gen.
With new hardware, early adopters can push the tide firmly in one direction the entire entire generation & with similar hardware; prices, features and exclusives will be the deciding factors.
Not allowing MS alone to have BC...
I know MS gets a lot a shit here & but I honestly think they did a complete 180 halfway through this gen. Unfortunately for them, too late to salvage it but the Xbox One X is a bargain in terms of graphics for its price, & the gamepass just keeps getting better & better, not to mention the studios they've invested in.
If Sony becomes complacent, next-gen could become quite interesting, their competition probably won't have the huge stigma that it started...
Yeah, pre-installed on mine, I only subscribed a few weeks back for $2 for 2 months so I ain't complaining.
In many ways, I'd agree, but I personally liked many of its stories & new features. I could lose myself for hours building settlements, shame they didn't do even more with the system.
Comparing to 3 & NV, most of the criticisms outside of bugs I've seen are regarding the settlement system(which is debatable, people enjoy sims after all & it can be 99% avoided anyways) & dialogue choices, where were over-simplified(but frankly rather minimal in th...
FO4 was great too despite the pure raging hatred you & the rest of N4G have for Bethesda. Don't get me wrong, 76 deserves to be hated on but 4 was a solid game at worst.
It might be an 8.5 in their eyes though. 4 1/4 Stars review. 1/4 star short of Excellent.
How many reasons did they have after the PS2? What about Nintendo after the Wii, those numbers certainly didn't carry over to the Wii U.
While I definitely agree with general idea that Sony should be confident and their general plans have worked well, if they become too complacent, Microsoft will quickly cover any ground that Sony leaves open.
Nintendo will always have their safety bubbles, Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, etc, neither Sony or Microsoft have s...
