At first I thought the score said 100/100.
Kinect is just to inaccurate for this type of game. You have to be ridiculously specific for what action you're taking and the game has a hard time recognizing that.
They should update that awesome controller and release the game for other platforms as well.
hahaha, bubs up for you.
@PoSTedUP
Doesn't that seem a bit arrogant to say you're right based on one article? I mean, you have yet to try it so how do you know what works best for you?
You're free to state your opinion as much as you like. People are probably discrediting you because you dont know what your talking about. You are mainly taking the ideas of what other people say and passing that along as the final judgement. Your skipping an entire console, and their libra...
I kind of like the new style, from what I've seen. Looks pretty interesting. I'm not going to dismiss it right away. If its a failure, then Capcom should return to what made the franchise so great.
Are there any more episodes? I want to watch more of Olaf's quest.
DICE is definitely catering to the COD fans, that's a given.
This game does look amazing, and im not talking about graphics. I mean, I like the idea of everything on the pad. I don't want to pause the game to make simple inventory adjustments. Everything is right there on the screen at all times. It seems like it would be a much easier transition.
The last of us does looks awesome, but I dont see why that standard is passed onto other games as reference of a "play or pass" mentality.
Its definitely possible. Doesn't have to be perfect, just needs to work.
Probably not, it just needs to be seamless and lag free. If Nintendo can get that part right I would be pretty stoked. There are quite a few games that would be awesome to play online if they had a solid, functional network.
I live next to a Blockbuster, so that's usually my go to spot. Unlimited rentals for 15 bucks a month is a steal. Especially cause they stock new releases on day 1.
Unfortunately, I will be purchasing the circle pad pro for the XL. It would be nice if it were integrated into the handheld itself, but oh well. There is no way I'm passing up Monster Hunter 4 because of it.
Both Baten Kaitos games are great. I really liked the card system they had in place. I spent so many hours fine tuning the card deck to get it absolutely perfect.
Already have my pre order payed in full.
This is a definite purchase for me.
Seriously, this game is looking great. I'm definitely buying it on release day.
@italianbreadman
As far as recent goes there is a few.
-Radiant historia
-Tales of grace
-Trails in the sky (currently playing)
-Resonance of fate
-Disgea series (not really my kind of game, but its fairly popular)
Those are the most recent for me that I've played through. If you're looking for JRPG's over the past couple of years there a good 50+ that can be added. Obviously not as dominant of a g...
JRPGs have been flourishing across the board. I don't get why every site that reviewed Xenoblade made a mention to the decline of the JRPG. Especially when that statement holds little truth.
So, they put together a bad port and its Nintendos fault?
I'm definitely getting one. I've got a DSi XL I can trade in, so that should get me about half off right away.
Yah, my experience with the demo was abysmal at best. I was sitting still, not moving, and it still kept zooming in and pushing buttons for no reason. I guess I dont have the correct spacing for the game. I really don't know. The game worked correctly in fractions, but there was no way I could even complete the demo without complete frustration.
Truthfully though, they should have offered the controller option on the side. I mean, I know they were pushing the whole Kinect...
