create some great games and give me a decent online setup and i could care less about how powerful the system is.
sounds cool so far though. im interested to see how that touch screen control would work out.
thats awesome. its an amazing game. stoked to play dark souls in the near future.
if its to much hassle then just play for fun. dont worry about the trophies. the online will most likely be a blast regardless.
i remember reading an overview of the features that said the game will include bots. i think its gonna be standard bots like unreal in a sense. pick a multiplayer map, pick how many bots, what kind of game and what kind of difficulty. so thats pretty sweet.
there is also gonna be a split screen hoard type mode where you survive waves of enemies which also sounds really fun.
i haven't had to many problems on the ps3. i got stuck on a rock once and ghouls knowns as the glowing ones cause my screen to go completely black like my tv is turned off haha. its kind of weird but other than that i haven't had any glitches or problems with my save. the only thing that annoys me is that the game freezes a lot. i dont know if its just me or if its pretty common. during a 3 hour play session its pretty common for it to freeze up about 5 or 6 times. its annoying but ma...
see the thing is i shouldn't have to turn up the difficulty if i want more playtime out of my games. there is nothing wrong with that but i shouldn't have to make it ultra difficult just to pass the 6 hour mark. i dont feel like repeating sections over and over just to say the game was longer than 6 hours. sure it will be fun for some and i enjoy a challenge but why not extend my content, story, locations, etc.
90% of the time difficulty is done incorrectly. im sure i...
im really looking forward to this game. especially with the inclusion of bots, i can see myself playing this title for a very long time.
i wish more games had bots with varying difficulty levels. sometimes i wanna play online matches but i dont wanna play online. i just wanna shoot stuff haha. killzone 2 and unreal tournament have some awesome bot setups.
single player games aren't dying they just aren't at the forefront of gaming like they used to be. there are some amazing single player games with more to come this year. the focus has shifted to multiplayer though so single player is becoming overshadowed but they are still very relevant.
i mean you cant blame the developers and publishers as they are just looking at what sells. not that single player games bomb but if you create a game with some guns and a couple of...
i know this isnt necessarily news, but man that looks annoying.
bioshock was one of the few games i just couldn't put down. once i started playing i wanted to continue exploring and unravel the story. amazing game and bioshock infinite looks to take the series to a whole new level.
save points can be implemented and incorporated into the game design itself as a challenge of sorts. i dont mind that aspect but personally i prefer to be able to save when ever i want. i dont like having to repeat a section over and over due to the lack of save options. if i was able to complete the task or challenge i shouldn't be punished for a faulty save system.
wow, that wasn't what i was expecting but in a good way. im not so worried about how the game will turn out anymore. it looks like they're making a fun and enjoyable snowboarding game which is what i have always liked about the ssx series.
the game will be great so its a bummer that you lost interest. you dont need a new game mechanic in place just to make a great game. the game is already looking more different and unique than 90% of the cookie cutter games we already play this gen. he is combining elements from ico and shadow of the colossus into the new game so it'll be a mix of both. if thats the case then i dont see anything wrong with that.
yah i know, the second i can pre order it i will.
the pikmin series would fall into a top 10 or top 20 list for me. i remember playing it and thinking how unique and creative it was. i spent hours and hours on pikmin 2 exploring and adventuring, trying to find and collect different items.
its a great series and im hoping for pikmin 3 news at e3 this year. id be disappointed if they ignore the game with out even a mention. i feel like its long overdue.
thats exactlyl how i have always felt. its a 1 to 1 trade off ratio. there cant be a used copy unless some one has bought a new copy.
developers and publishers complain about 2nd hand sales because they dont get any money but thats the way the market works. they received profit off thier original copy so why should they receive double profit off used? everything can be bought or sold second hand and games are no different. i try to buy new as much as possible but if i can sav...
hahahaha thats funny cause i was thinking the same thing. there is no way i could ever play that game on my laptop. it struggles just to load n4g haha.
i wish i had a gaming pc to play this. rts games rule and this one looks really fun.
ive been wondering what this game would be like. after watching the trailer im excited.
hardcore doesn't directly relate to the most powerful hardware. the current wii could have been hardcore if they made more new ips and setup a better online system. even more so if their multiplats were on par with 360/ps3. the wii is old tech but it still could have gone the core route but chose not to. console limitations are irrelevant until you can showcase games that work with the hardware.
