XOX ... sounds like hugs and kisses. but i don't want hugs and kisses from a 500 dollar machine. i want to play exclusives that utilize the power of the hardware. so i would say this whole xbox thing is one big epic fail. good for them they got a few who fell for the brand. i don't see how they will be making new customers with this.
yaaay finally a decade old game gets ported to a nintendo gadget. if this is going to sell i am entering the gaming business. the nintendo crowd obviously got no standards at all. easy money.
bethesda softworks. once my favourite studio. but now i wouldn't touch their games with a stick. the first one was forgettable. will go great lengths to avoid a purchase with this one. good luck.
for a console with absolutely no incentive this pricing is insane.
it's like a nintendo machine, just more openly expensive, not like nintendo hidden expenses after you bought the console. most people don't care about brands, they care about the games they can play on their console. i would like to own a box just for the sake of it, but it is really redundand if you got a ps4 and a pc and don't care about egoshooters.
well, the majority of customers actually don't go for ideologies. they go for the products they can use. so, in reality people couldn't care less about the manufacturer as long as they are getting what they want. of course, there are fans. fans do posts like yours to bend reality a little bit to their liking.
is nintendo finally announcing their ambassador program for their latest gadget?
just because 200 people out of millions are trapped in the past doesn't mean a backward compatibility is justified. with indie titles flooding the consoles and rehashing every single game there ever was there is no need for this option. i say it's only a very small niche of people who think that this is a feature that should be a thing.
funny. this game on the wii u was the title where i decided to give away my wii u for free ;-)
i'm sure they are doing everything again to estrange their fanbase
again a mindless pc exclusivity for 8 months?
if the switch's hardwarepower was on par with today's tech i would totally agree.
you DO know this is a business? love's got nothing to do with it or dumbness. it's money talking and crapcom is not putting money into developping for a machine that's floating dead in the water. neither would i. or anyone in their right mind.
oh, they can very well continue putting out open worlders. as long as they start to fill their open worlds with meaningful content i am all in. but seeing that this may be too much work for them, i'll keep bethesda on the "no buy list" of mine ;-) (rockstar and telltale being other entries of this list of shame)
one big flaw that is preventing me from getting this title: no VR = no purchase. you see, i played a wipeout game before. they did nothing to enhance the experience. they didn't even care to put a VR mode in. so, whoever is going to buy this low effort may have fun.
hasn't sega throughout the past years already brought pretty much every game in their library to other systems?
why exactly would anyone in their right mind pay for an online service that's from the last century?
why would anyone still want to play 30 year old games? today we get flooded with indie stuff that redoes and rehashes every game there ever was. on every imaginable gadget. which brings me to the biggest question:
why would i even support a system that got an abysmal developpers support and if it gets supported the games have to get downgraded in order to fit on that syst...
the exact same can be said about the switch's gaming portion and nintendo in general.
what they don't know about their business they easily make up for with being the greediest of the 3 manufacturers.
