please, if you want to talk arrogance, nintendo should be your subject
i like that we have entered the age of digital distribution. the past is the past, it was nice and cozy but this is the now and we are going straight into the future. physical copies do nothing to enhance the gameplay. the value is just in people's mind's. the old dna-wired hunting/collecting syndrome..
why does anybody even bother with these microtransactions? too msny people are using them. otherwise they would stop implementing them. so, again, who in their right mind falls for this scam??
what pushed me away from this game is its multiplayer dependency
i am already in this wonderful digital world since the end of the ps3 lifecycle. physical copies do nothing for your gaming experience. they are only dustcatchers. and the only ones still clutching to physical copies are the ones who need to trade in their games to get new ones. and a few collectors, but they are too few to make a market. so, it's really the second hand market that keeps these unneccessary data carriers from the past alive. i hoped ps+ would wipe out the second hand marke...
bye bye 3ds then. didn't i just read a few days ago that the 3ds will no longer be continued? there you got your reason.
and i am personally really baffled about this outcome. but that's just the way the casuals are working. good for lazy developpers and publishers, bad for gaming in general.
the frankenstein effect. today most stuff gets outsourced and the soulless pieces glued together in the end. the result is most of the times an incoherent mess.
everyone wants to be able to also pay their rents tomorrow. so of course they want to prolong their income as long as humanly possible. it's just not my business as a customer to support every milking attempt.
i always thought playing core games on the go was for nothing. but seeing now how the devs have to cut their games and subtract portions of the real experience in order to fit on a weaker gadget with only rudimentary online options - this might be just the thing i need for medium trips or commute. when i get home i can switch on the ps4 and enjoy the real thing. i would only get the switch for their third parties as i think nintendo's own games have become very stale in the past decade.
hooray for the ones who haven't played just cause 3 yet. assassin's creed games i'm not touching with a stick though.
oh another no effort ported to the gadget that is not part of the competition. i am impressed how a non competitive gadget can get such stellar support. maybe i should get one, too.
thanks, i already got a highend gaming pc and a ps4, everything else is just "mee too" and that is never a good reason to shell out money to
mobile gaming on dedicated gadgets is dead
sorry, multiplayer sucks in the first place. then the kiddy visuals and then on a platform where the it infrastructure is from the stone age.
knack is a cool mario clone. as in mario jump&runnery - just up to date of tech
well surprise.i hope they will ditch the hardware altogether as i feel they are holding the industry back.
no online features? this title just got very interesting!
not really, but i really really would like to play another split/second
the harm is already done in an irreparable way
it looks superfluous like nothing else.
