the speed of it is extremely fast compared to a DS3... could this be a hint of FPS gaming fun to come.
The fact that PSMove gamers will have an advantage in FPSs makes it the must have controller for the hard core competitors. This means that the adoption rate for PSMove will be higher among the hardcore than anyone else. And it's the hardcore that will introduce the Move to their casual friends and family, which will get them interested in PS3s over the Wii.
It's a Win Win for the King... forever shall he reign!

NO, Kinect is not getting back to Old School Arcade Style Gaming.
Sad part is, that it doesn't even do Kung Fu Live type gaming at this point in time. And that game is similar to the one fighting game they showed at E309.
Motion gaming on the PS3 can be as little as...
$40 PSeye + $15 Kung Fu Live = $65 of pure winsauce
Thus you get the most hardcore controller free gaming to be released this year, and hands down the cheapest way to enjoy motion gaming.

That's what the PS3 slim and Xbox 360s are all about. Not to mention they are treating the PSMove and Kinect as if they are new console platforms that they we support for the next 4-5 years minimum.
Sony stated long ago that this gen was going to be around 10 years and last year MS stated the same. Too be honest, the consoles are still at the upper end of the price range when compared to prior generations. Thus, it is easy to see this gen lasting until 2014 easy.
