the licensing deal pretty much the same as previous windows versions - if you're licensed now on an existing machine, you can use windows 8 on it for as long as that machine continues to exist. If you buy a new machine in a week, and it has windows 8.1 on that, you can upgrade it. Later on, you'll be buying Windows 10 like you've been buying an OS in the past... as I understand it.

How about doing a two-part tournament where there is one league which is how it is supposed to be played - naturally and without any performance enhancers, and another where all rules as far as substance abuse is concerned, goes out the window? It would be interesting to see who would take that up. Of course , make it for little to no reward and see who would still take it up...

I'm at work busy with a very important project - I'm having extreme difficulty focusing on that right now with all this Fallout stuff happening. I'm soooo happy about this news! Also, trying to figure out what I have to give up to get the Collectors edition, because who needs things like... food... when you have a PIPBOY!!!
Game - must have - YESTERDAY!!
An interesting component I observed about 15 years ago - Counter-Strike was still in beta, or just of... We're jamming a house-LAN session, all fun and games. A visitor came over, who had played FPS games before but not really played MP-FPS games before (This was waaaay before wide-spread proliferation of Internet in the home as you see today). He did actually have military training (being Israeli). Once he got the feel for the game, he decidedly wiped the floor with his opponents.
I just want one thing... Fallout 4!!
Its the small honest guys that are getting hit here, whereas those where this would be needing this the most, like say, Ubisoft and their shenanigans, don't get what they deserve...

There's no real rush, unless you're itching to play that new Tomb Raider or Fable Legends in all its DX12 glory. May as well wait and see how the early-adopters fare... I'll be adopting early :)
