The problem is, that they are too lazy to properly optimize the game, which makes the "early access" definition an easy hold-up.
I play it all the time, but a game like that shouldn't require nearly as much power as It currently does. And that is just one example.
Bluehole knows it themselves, that's why they threw a hissy fit at epic as well.

I love the game, it's one of the best this year for hands down. Only real issue I have, is the amount of time where you're locked out of choosing what to do.
For instance, rent a dvd, sleep, out of nowhere you can't even return the f*****g thing in time because the story locks you down. It kinda got to me in the end :P
Played both and like them both. I would say though, that while I do think PUBG has the better core, Fortnite is by far the better game in terms of optimization.
PUBG has been in early access for so long that I'm questioning bluehole's ability to properly develop it as a full-blown retail title. It is loads of fun, but it does feel like a beta and has been that way for a long time.

As long as games gets centered and built around the MT systems, then yes, it's just greed. Only morons buy into that, and morons are who they are aiming for. Or the so called whales who buys in excess capacity.
However, dlc made for the purpose of expanding the game or prolong it's longevity, is okay.
Whether that type of dlc sucks or not, is subjective, but at least there, you know what you buy into.
I love PUBG but instead of crying over other studios making the same style of game, they should just improve their value proposition.

They really aren't. Anyone who thinks that, has no business discussing games. The gaming industry has always been a pile of ideas which people copied and borrowed from. Some turn out better because of it and some turn out worse.
Bluehole should stop acting like 5 year olds and just make a better game than the opposition. You can't own your own genre, so stop crying about it and just make a better offer than what Fortnite is doing.

It was a genius move, most probably intentionally done. This just goes to show how easy switching crossplay on is, if it's easy as "bugging" the game out. It puts an external pressure on Sony now, which is a good thing.
Whether or not they will bow out and accept it is another thing though.
Crossplay is a logical next step in online console connectivity and it would be good for gamers in general.
The Iphone in general, is laughably overpriced for what you're getting. The specs are worth maybe half of it(?), so essentially you're just paring for brand equity to be maintained.

Only negative was the arena hub for me, but that's just a beta thing I hope. The whole 60 people per hub made you wait a bit too long for available matches and I kinda missed a rematch option.
Still, pretty sure that's just a beta thing that'll be optimised for release :)
This game is about as top quality as I hoped! Even if it wasn't DbZ characters, it would still be epic :D
