There were a lot of games that had limited saves as well, establishing this sense of "critical saves" mentality. And it's not like it'll delete if you die 3 times or something, I'm guessing you have to die numerous times, right :D
Why are there so many people whining about this? Honestly, it's not really that different from gaming in the 90's when I was growing up.
You either get good or give up and move on, end of story. Don't blame the mechanics for your lack of skill.
Then you simply have to not die that much, or play another game :)
Final fantasy 13 had a similar system, where some trophies would unlock themes. As far as I recall, each character had a dedicated theme unlocked through a specific trophy, it was really fun :)
Played the PS3 version though, so don't know if Xbox had the same thing going on in the game :O
Omg..... -_-
@TKCMuzzer
Brug, I don't know where you're at, but in Denmark, PSN and Store are regularly spiking up and down in connectivity.
That's what I would define as shoddy, yes. It's consistently jumping around, even with a direct ethernet coupling and my 80/40 connection.
In terms of other companies that increase their price, it's true that a lot of them increase in price. However, in a lot of cases you also see improvements in UI/UX areas, ...
Dude, blame an inflated economy or "entitled gamers" all you want, the baseline is, a lot of people are upset.
I'm annoyed about it because they just do it, without so much as an explanation as to why. With PSN being as shoddy as it is, it doesn't justify squat.
Furthermore, while I do enjoy a lot of the plus games, I wouldn't be paying for plus after the price increase, if Sony wasn't keeping online gaming hostage :O
Haha yeah, it's a freak show of loud babies :P
Honestly dude, I remember this southern tropical area on the eastern continent in vanilla WoW (don't remember the name), where it was common practice to spawn gank each other.
Same thing as this case, although annoying as hell, nobody was whining about it to Blizzard, they would just deal with it like proper gamers :)
I miss those days, when gamers would game and most of the whining crowd would just get ignored ^^
Lol, it's a battle royale. Killing each other is the premise, bitching about getting killed by the same player is just being salty.
This a shady move by bluehole, to keep the streamers.
God damn crybabies
Thx dude. It still sucks, but at least there is an explanation then -_-
Except, their servers and ps store is dreadfully subpar to modern standards. If the new price will reflect an improvement on those grounds, then yes, it may very well be worth it.
If they just heightened the price because Yolo, then Sony is making a greedy as hell decision without reason.
Just got the email, what the actual f**k!?
It didn't even state why, no clarification, no nothing... Has anyone heard why? Are they just pushing it or do they actually intend to improve the program?
It's really uneducated people like you, which hurts this site, more so than helping it grow.
I have played most of Blizzard's games, they have a history of extreme nerfing and whacking balance between characters out of control.
Besides, the only rude one here is you princess. I'm sorry for hurting your feelings, but go grab a cookie :)
And maybe there's a reason to why Blizzard invest so much time in trying to balance things out...
So... Unnecessary -_-
It made sense in Nier because of a certain character's background story, but this is just sad :'D
Blizzard has always been s**t at balancing their games. I love their games, but that's the truth.
The amount of people triggered by the title, is delicious.... *Grabbing the popcorn ^^
Besides the repetition of destiny 1, I really enjoyed it. The beta never rose above 'meh' for me personally though :O
No - but we want it!
Haha where the hints were strong and the difficulty lax* :P
*Exceptions and/or op skills may apply ;)
