If you read the article it clearly says Xbox One promo counted4 bundles did NOT count, considering they sold 550,000 units that's quite a lot not counted. It also states RECORD BREAKING psn preorders again NOT tracked as you've quoted. Even Activision themselves said PS4 outsold other systems.

What?! I work at EB Games and the first week Destiny launched people had a choice of Madden 15, NHL 15 or Destiny FREE. Those were physical copies and the promotion was basically MS buying games from retailers to sell Xbox Ones. Microsoft endorsed deal at retail and with systems already with games they were giving not one, but, TWO free games and they still got destroyed in sales.

There are more exclusives on PS4 retail, upcoming and indies so a lot of people see no need to purchase a Xbone. Seriously you guys are listing beta's now as well?
Store to store will be extremely different and not indicative of much. I work at EB Games and since Destiny launched my store has sold 150+ PS4 and only about 2 dozen Xbox Ones in the same time frame. My stock this weekend was 3 dozen PS4's and we only had 3 Xbox Ones. We only sold 1 Xbox One in the time we sold 10-12 PS4 this weekend. There isn't a single store out of the 9 in my city where Xbox One comes close.

Not really new to Ubisoft. They released like a dozen AC4 figures last year at my EBgames and each one had and exclusive flag, weapon etc.

Well hope it turns out great. I honestly think it's too early to call, there's over 4 months till it's out. I am having a similar problem with possibly purchasing an Xbox One. Quantum Break was going to possibly be a reason to purchase, but, after seeing the video I am a bit wary. Maybe Bloodborne or Uncharted would be other titles to look to.
They have done some great action games and have Santa Monica helping as well. Not sure if they're holding back, but, I imagine they're not going to reveal all the good elements in the brief bits we've seen. If there is only the one game you want for a PS4 maybe you should wait till there are more and play what you got.
They were publisher on the Wii remake as well and decide not to bring it over here. It's kind of doubtful they'll release it here. Which is odd since there are so many horror games coming out over the next year you'd think they would want at least one for themselves in that pot.

The page for China's launch even says 100,000 shipped in chinese not 100,000 preorders. I know that Forbes made the same mistake in their most recent article as well. Otherwise according to them the week after there were 16,000 preorders they had 84,000 the following week, which would be nothing short of amazing if that were true.

Again where did you see this? Link please? All I have come across is that they're shipping 100,000 units and confirmed 16,000 preorders. I have yet to see any factual proof or n4g article proving otherwise. Shipped does not equal preorders. Wouldn't microsoft want to advertise they presold 100,000 before launch to fuel sales and get some positive press out asap? That is a significant amount and would warrent that I would think.
I would say that you should wait till the game is out before holding judgement. I think if the scripted moments come together with game play it could be great along the lines of Uncharted, TLOU, Tomb Raider and similar cinematic games.
Basing anything based on some video's and biased reviews without trying it makes no sense. That would be like me saying Quantum Break looks good,but, based on that 10 minute E3 video complaining about how repetitive it might potentially ...

Selling 1/2 million units drops the percentage as well. The real question is do the units in the bundle get counted as well? Also digital sales?

Take the lead? Retake? When has Xbone beat PS4 this year? For Sony to retake a lead they actually have to lose it first. MS is getting desperate for anything to try to 'win' some sales and giving games away and still getting hammered.
