How about parity? Working on features to that end? These other things shouldn't be the focus. Making things easier for developer first. These things can come later and people will still be overjoyed. I just don't understand how updates are a big a deal as they are, but, that's just me. I would rather have better looking games and with cross game chat I'm good to go. Added features are just gravy.
Yeah because PS4 won't be adding features ever. How about actual 1080 P and the important gaming related stuff? Features can come in due time. Unless stupid features is all a 'gaming' console is about? They should be secondary to the gaming aspect not primary focus.
Does this acceleration bring 3rd party games on par with PS4? Because you know actual gaming is the real reason to get systems. Or did updates and not actual gaming become more important?
1080 P would be a start. I find it funny that features and not actual gaming is the thing you guys making a big deal about. Sony may be slow, but, features are still coming.
Exactly how is this any different than Halo MCC? Just watch Gears get announced and all the MS fanboys cheer.
Only Natural Doctrine is out and Omega Quintet on the way. If they released a Persona game it'd really push sales.
Maybe because those were launch titles? Did Watchdogs or newer titles by those publishers suffer as well?
Nothing against zombies and aliens I think it's time for more dinosaurs. T rex that I can kill with a fighter jet preferably.
I'm not implying it will kill Gamestop tomorrow, that's just you drawing conclusions and overreaching. You seem to think that the digital future will happen soon yet you provide very little evidence to support your theory. There are many challenges and while it's true 70% of households in the U.S. have access to broadband, that still leaves out about 100 million people that don't. Also there is very little competition in the U.S. so costs for broadband need to come down and...
Why would people walk into a store? Because they want to get a gift they can wrap up. We have grandparents, girlfriends and people buying for grandkids, boyfriends, husbands, nephews, nieces. There's a reason most money companies make are during Christmas and black fridays. Those people that I refer to don't understand steam cash, MS points, PSN money and still want to get gifts they can wrap. Their not the tech savvy and don't buy online.
We're years awa...
Exactly! You can tell a customer something and the next time they will fight you tooth and nail claiming you never told them. Also does the writer seem to think everyone who comes into EB/Gamestop is a seasoned gamer? I have a lot of customers who come in and have no idea we take trades even though there is a banner in the window saying we'll take your used games.
A lot of customers are coming to buy gifts for their boyfriends, grandsons, granddaughters, nephews, niece...
EA Access actually says that you get 10% off of DLC content and season passes, so you'd be right that they aren't included. They are trying to get people playing MP together and buy the extra content by letting you play the game. Kind of like F2P model except you pay the initial access fee.
It's also being sold at EB/Gamestop just like Steam money. Meaning you can still trade games towards the EA Access and Gamestop benefits because those demos will also drive people to trade their used games for preorders of EA titles, especially since most EA preorders get 25-30% bonus for game trades. EA still offers exclusive Gamestop/EB content and they help each other push their product. They still need each other to survive.
Like Activision/MS for COD?
Like EA/MS for BF?
Like 2k/MS for Evolve beta?
Ubisoft/MS and The Division content?
But how is timed DLC anything like this EA service?! That 'exclusive' content isn't exclusive even, it is still coming to Xbone/360 next year so I don't see how this compares. You think timed DLC content = exclusive system service? Err, nope not even remotely the same.
It would have to have a high amount of subscribers and I just don't understand the Xbox One exclusively seems like an extremely small group of people. It would make sense if this were exclusive to Xbox platforms and it included 360 owners as well.
Why would EA include their new hot products? When they can sell you the game for $60, you think letting you play them for cheap benefits them?! That's an unreasonable profit model that will lower profits.
Sure Sony are terrible for remastering last years best game.
Tomb Raider
Metro Redux
Halo Collection - guess MS are just as bad?!
GTA V
Other games being released for the millionth time.
Minecraft
Walking Dead season 1
Also on the way.
Wolf Among Us
Walking Dead season 2
If the company that created the product can't even imagine a good use for it in games that's kind of telling as well though too right? Why would a 3rd party company bother putting in all that extra work?
It's cost versus benefit and if it doesn't bump up their sales then they're going to see no need to spend the extra time or money. The most innovative use should be by MS themselves.
Why not Emily Rose since she was the model and voice of Elena?

Please show factual proof of bad PSNow prices. They are in beta so your opinion is not proof. There's not enough info to compare even.
