Is this guy stupid? It's completely unrealistic to assume EA is even capable of buying this IP. Tencent is the 5th largest internet company in the world behind only Amazon, Google, JD and Ebay. Tencent just got revalued up in April and is worth over $200 BILLION.

They made something like $960 million in sales of LoL last year alone and they own 92.7% of Riot studios. EA can only dream of owning League.

Mine craft is a $19.99 budget release whereas Batman is $59.99 and your shocked it continues to sell? Also it's insanely popular. GTA V has moved 52+ million copies and stands alone in its popularity; these are exceptions. Unless your suggesting some other titles somehow have matched these 2 exception EVER?! Rare Replay and Gears of War were both budget type releases in price though so $29.99 and $39.99 game outselling full priced and NEW IP which was $59.99 isn't that surprising. Is anyone really surprised Madden sold well in the U.S.? Really?! Until Dawn doing that well at a higher price point and being NEW is pretty impressive.

They should also keep the PT name. Something that makes fun of the last game and teaser he made for Konami, like Phantom Terra or something like that.

Exactly my sentiments. It's more interactive = more engaging = game. A lot of detractors who won't even give it a shot even though there have been a couple great ones this year like Until Dawn and Life is Strange. Really hope Life is Strange gets a disc release as well.

Based on my sales in my store, it's outpacing Heavy Rain significantly so I would say it's going to be over a million before the holidays hit. I say this do to my initial stock and how regularly we restock. We've restocked a 4th time already. It's destroying my Gears of War by a significant amount just to give you an idea how well it's doing.

In Europe 72% of MGV sales are on PS4 and how many people will wait for FF7 when it will readily be available for PS4? The vast majority will buy it on PS4. All Sony has to do is make a nice PS4 bundle with FF7 bundled and it's guaranteed sales.

Lost Odyssey was niche as well. Final fantasy we can agree is big, but, Dragon Quest regularly outsells Final Fantasy, but, you'll not count Dragon quest and Persona which have been doing extremely well in sales?! Interesting.

How about waiting till we see how much it cost and how long the gameplay is before we crucify ND? No one has any idea when it will come, length or anything. Yet here we go with the potentially unwarranted criticism. ND has done amazing on all their games and the only SP they've done so they've earned the right for us to give them the benefit of the doubt. So no need to stir the pot needlessly like your trying to do.
