Collectors tend to be very particular about how they should be. It is pretty pricy too. So it's not unreasonable for someone to not put out such a huge chunk of change especially if you don't like it. I collect steelbooks as well and the one included would stand out and not in a good way.
Also a digital copy was a terrible idea as well.

Half as big as Gamescom? Wow check your facts better. Gamescom had 345,000 in attendance this year. Whereas Paris Game had 272,000 people attend last year and is expecting over 300,000 this year.

Scalebound and Recore will both be niche. Neither Inafune or Kamiya's games have sold much (Lost Planet, Soul Sacriface, Bayonetta, MGS Rising, Wonderful 101, Okami for example). Funny that they both get mentioned so often yet Persona 5, Dragon quest Heroes, Dragon quest builders and Star Ocean 5 all get called 'niche', even though they'll all probably outsell those 2 easily.
I can't wait to play this. Only a week or so away.
If we go by exchange rate PS4s should cost over $500. Also $350 Xbone is only when they're on sale like they are currently. When they go back up the Xbone is still $399.99. At $449.99 Xbone still gets outsold by a significant amount. When it's $429.99 and Xbone is $399.99 they'll still beat MS sales easily. My store for example had about a 100 PS4's in my backroom with Destiny/NHL bundles and now I'm down to 30 maybe.
Because they announced at EB Games expo that they have officially stopped production of the PS3. There's going to be low stock so there's no point really.
Apparently TLOU PS4 has sold over 3 million copies so Uncharted will probably outsell it.
Except the system isn't only going to be played for the holidays. You look at the complete package and what it will offer you as a benefit. Looking at a couple holiday games doesn't change that. Most people actually look down the road and what else will come down the way.

I highly doubt Halo 5 will help Xbone win globally in October. It would be an achievement if that did happen.

I find it really weird they aren't taking advantage of the popularity of Fallout with a special design. It's honestly even more puzzling because I've just seen 2 apparently legit new Fallout 4 themed Xbox One controllers coming this fall and that they're not with a special designed system. Maybe this is a big lead up to an announcement of a themed design tomorrow?

Based on my extremely low preorders I highly doubt Tomb Raider is going to do well. My Fallout is definitely going to be a crazy midnight launch, where Rise of the Tomb Raider is going to be an afterthought.
