Thanks.
After i was done with COD 4 I was done with the franchise. Actually online mulitplayer gets old real quick to me nowadays.
The next game will probably called Call of Duty: Future Ops and have a sci-fi setting and developed by Sledgehammer.
Then Infinity Ward will make Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Then Treyarch will develop Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Then a third person shooter will be announced called Call of Duty: Special Operations
Then a RTS called Call of Duty: Total War
Then a COD set in Vietman called Call of Duty: Charlie...
Sometimes I think reviewers nitpick so they can seem like they are unaffected by the influence a major game like this has, or at least when it comes to PS3 Exclusives.
Nowadays it's all about seeming "down the middle" lol
Deus Ex is better in my opinion.
The real question is who will be playing which game longer? We all know that years from now people will be still playing GT5.
It is a great game. Glad it selling well. That just means we will get another :)
Sometimes late is better...
I remember people on here saying that there was no way Sony could track consumers buying PS3s in order to report sold numbers, but apparently MS can when it comes to Kinect sales?
Weird...
Anyway, Sony has legal proof they report to consumers and will actually tell you when they report shipped numbers. MS on the other hand just let's Greenburg and Major Nelson make "mistakes" so they can correct each other later lol.
There is no damage to control lol. Actually GT5 does just that by having you unlock it as you get better in the game. This isn't an arcade racer. Why do people act like the franchise just came out?? We all should know by now what to expect from GT.
Only thing I could think of is that if all 1000+ cars were premium quality the game would be HUGE. Maybe PD wanted the game to be at a manageable level size wise. Think about it this way. People complain about the game taking 5 years to develop, and you know GT has a rep for having a lot of cars in it. Why would PD spend most of their development time making that many premium cars when that very well could of put another year on it's development time? I think a patch for the standard cars...
What damage? I seen so many perfect and near perfect scores so far. I would say the only damage are the people hyping the couple of 7 scores the game got.
@Deadreckoning666
I can understand what you are saying but I believe one of the biggest reasons people were dissing Forza 3 on this site was because of the very lofty claims Turn 10 was making regarding the game. Calling it "definitive" and all that, plus all the obvious trash talking they were doing. Polyphony Digital didn't even respond and actually didn't talk any kind of trash on their end. I'm not making any excuses because everyone talks trash on t...
I Think Polyphony was making a GT for this generation since it's till pretty early in it. I also believe that they actually want to make the game worth 60 bucks.
I know, It's almost like they aren't trying anymore.
How can Forza 3 be the king of Racing Sims when Turn 10 just pissed off the community by announcing a new version of the game with exclusive cars in the retail version only? Then they turned around and started erasing comments on their site when the community had something to say about it. Why be the king when your kingdom is pissed off about how you "rule"?
Anyway, the level of attention GT5 is getting right now is amazing. I want to play it and I'm not even i...
These revisionists are just confusing Sony's competition not having what it took to compete with the PS2 with having absolutely no competition at all.
You know, the way the Xbox 360 started this gen. lol
I find it odd that on an average GT5 is getting great reviews, yet these sites are making articles trying to make it sound "meh". No one was expecting it to be perfect. Sony fans are just excited for a Gran Turismo for this generation of gaming. Even funnier thing is that I'm sure the negatives will be weeded out as Polyphony Digital patches the hell out of the game making it better. GT5 will be well supported. Most of what we are seeing today is hype and propaganda for hits, or...
How about just weeping for yourself, crybaby.
and both Nintendo and MS ripped off Sony by having their own motion controllers years after Sony dabbled in it.
Look hot!!
