Sony is running a marathon, not a race. I'm sure they have plans for the Move, and its only an option anyway. However, I don't understand why people believe that Kinect is a hit with gamers when MS constantly reveals its numbers to be shipped to retailers, after the fact off course. Who knows how many people actually bought it.
Infamous is a great game. Its not based off of anything, but there is a comic for it now that bridges the gap between Infamous and Infamous 2.
Looking forward to Arkham City though!
The point is that it hasn't stacked up or surpassed anything the PS3 can do. IGN isn't the gaming authority, and its obvious that a lot of 360 fans are just latching on to what was said in their review and acting like its the truth, without even playing KZ3 or UC2 in their own homes. I also find it funny that you use the word Shadow since the 360 version of Crysis 2 is littered with darkness. Darkness hides detail, and from all this comparison crap that I have seen today, the PS3 vers...
So the author must be pissed that both Playstation and Xbox have been in Maxim too.
I hope people realize that Zipper is going to support the crap out of this game. Zipper told me themselves when I was at their multiplayer event that they will have custom matches based off of community participation. I'm sure most of the stuff missing from the old Socoms will make their way back into Socom 4. Until then, the game is a lot of fun and addicting as hell.
I guess one man's garbage is another man's treasure then...
The funny thing about the 360 fans I have been noticing is that most of you haven't even played KZ3, so how can you say that Crysis 2 is better looking? The even funnier thing is that PS3 fans can actually play BOTH games and make a determination of what looks to better (to them of course). I haven't played the Xbox version so I'm not going to bash how it looks. Judging from the comparisons I have seen the 360 version is darker in most areas, and the PS3 version is lighter but you...
Got mine pre-ordered. I can't wait either.
Wondering the same thing. lol
The concept of Replika has me interested. I'm just wondering how they are going to mix the strategy and action elements together.
Still need to read that lol
Just like the people who judge graphics based off Youtube videos or not seeing the game in motion on your own TV screens.
People who judge PS3 exclusives without even seeing them in motion, please take heed lol.
Played it twice, and the games is very addictive. I have high hopes because Socom 4 also has a lot of variety when it comes to multiplayer modes.
Hopefully this means more communication between all the departments in Sony.
@maniacmayhem: Yeah that is what I'm saying lol. Don't just pay attention to what you want to when it's convenient.
10 million isn't the number of Kinects in people's homes, and Microsoft already proved that to IGN. Both articles you posted about the World Record say nothing about being sold to consumers anyway. Theres a Guinness World Record for just about anything, so why would it be hard to believe they would have one for the fastest SHIPPED electronic...
But do you order product? I have worked in retail and sometimes stores order a lot of a particular product thinking its going to fly out the door, and then are proven wrong.

The whole shipped/sold thing is really just a play on words whenever these companies want to get some hype like I said before.
@Kissmeimgreek: "The fact that retailers are still buying more kinects obviously means that they keep selling them and that is seriously all that matters."
Not necessarily. It could mean a number of things. Retailers could be restocking, living up to the hype so they are buying them up without even selling out of them, or a retailer could be selling Kinect for the first time.
I think the reason why Gamesradar is questioning the reality of the sales (Just like a lot of people are) is because Kinect is the fastest shipped device, not sold. Not too long ago MS put out that they sold 8 million and it was revealed to be shipped numbers. You are telling me that in maybe a couple months time they sold that 8 million plus another 2 on top of that, and not have people on the street talking about it? Kinect stories really don't get too much heat on N4G if you think abou...
I played Socom 4 twice, Once last April with the Move and recently at a Zipper event for the mulitplayer. The graphics are really good to say the least. I would say they would rival Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, which is good enough for me. With Socom as long as the gameplay holds up to its standard and the graphics look good fans won't care that it won't win any graphical achievement awards.
true, but a lot people who enter marathons don't care if they win or not.
