People don't like change, and if this were a series I was die hard for, I'd be annoyed as well. However let's wait and see how the game actually plays before we label it a travesty.
This is hypocritical. For awhile now when games are announced we don't see them for 2-3 years. Is it a good thing? No, but it's nothing new. Sony does it. Microsoft does it. They all do it. There's the rare exception of course.
This is actually breathtaking.
Truthfully that never ending horde is what made my eyes widen. It gave off a feeling of despair, heck I felt a little anxiety just by watching him run and shoot as they kept swarming towards him, almost as if they could fly. Kind of reminded me of the World War Z movie.
I doubt that there will be that amount of zombies, everywhere, but it sure goes to show how much they can pack into one event.

Sony did great.
This was epic.
Zero idea what the game is about.
But epic.
I'm all for the first person view. Horror + my eyes = how it's done.
A step in the right direction <3
This is one of the games I'm looking forward to the most.
Yeah more talking than actual reveals coming from them in regards to Mass Effect.
I thought they were doing something amazing, awesome, superb. And then they show basically nothing.
lol
It should be. It was never said or listed as an exclusive. Though Xbox/PC gets the closed Beta access. It might be first dibs or exclusive in that sense.
Yeah, video games.
Has nothing to do with other underlining reasons, say, religion fanatics, weak gun laws, a decline in mental health....it's the video games guys.
I think E3 is great. It brings together gamers and essentially serves as a holiday where people can sit back and enjoy the reveals. The downside is when the conferences are...well dull. Gamers basically want to see Games, and in that retrospect, the gameplay.
This conference showed very little actual gameplay. It was mostly just, bleh.
Um....Yes! The concept looks fantastic. I actually got chills from how this trailer/reveal was presented. I'm actually interested from a plot perspective above all else, and when that happens.
Well it means you have a guaranteed purchase.
I'll be picking this up. Lots of great memories.
Was this supposed to be the big reveal? ...
Racism is pathetic.
I wouldn't route for either game, but I applaud the actual gonads of the company that's taking it back in time. It's a risky move in terms of profit.
Activision doesn't take risks, they just say they do.
You are rooting for COD:IW ?
Some people just like to watch the world burn...
To be fair, Gamers dislike/hate Call of Duty for what it's become, and how it treats its consumer base. Sure some hate to simply hate, but that's just a scapegoat used by media/developers/publisher to try and cover up the actual issues.
- Ancient game engine
- Inconsistent and irritating servers (connection)
- Sub-par campaigns
- 3-lane maps (less and less tactics and more run-gun)
But the biggest gripe, isn't that i...
