Thanks! And yeah, it got to the point where I just timed myself to see how fast I could get through the planes.
Honestly, I'd like to try it, and I say "try" because I'm not completely sold. There's a certain level of un-realism I want from my games. Like walking away from a particularly brutal sword fight with only experience points, no scars. All that said, experiencing a game with this level of consequences would be fun, at least once.
yeah, where from?? share the love!!
my two favorite pros and cons from your list:
+No fear the thing will break while turning it on. (I lol'd, I'm still waiting for you to change your name to Syko6th360)
-Thing gets mad Dusty. (isn't that just Phoenix ;))
.
I'm looking forward to Joel McHale's response. Do you think he'll finally gouge out his own eyes?
wow, firsthand experience, what was the response??
I beat it, and I agree with Proxy, the Hard levels aren't quite so taxing as the Mediums seemed -- but now the Mediums seem dead easy! If you're stuck on a level, change up the towers you're using.
I use the Tesla towers, but they're useless against certain nasties.
White Knight Chronicles (PS3). Read the article.
nothing like a good kerfuffle to boost interest.
yeah, I work out and a prolonged bit of wii boxing left my arms sore!! imo it's the "least responsive" of the Wii sports games, and I found the surefire way to win was just to punch furiously and incessantly!!
while I do think the Wii suffers from a lack of a solid library of really "awesome" games, I also think too many reviewers fail to put games in their proper context. You can't review a casual game and hold it to the criteria of a PC shooter. We need to enjoy games for what they are.
yeah, this is really bizarre.
I think you're getting a little defensive, i wasn't even referring to your comment.
ridiculous? just ridiculous enough. this thing is awesomely hilarious, and I think $99 is the right price for all the fun we'd have at our Rock Band parties with this thing. too bad Christmas is another 11 months off. :)
and I will personally shake my fist at anyone that comments about "go play a real guitar". my husband and his best friend are professional musicians, the can already play "real guitar" among other instruments. when was the last time you to...
I think people are having a field day bashing Apple's supposed "form over function" ideal without giving proper consideration to the intended function of the Air. It's not meant to be for everyone any more than any other model is. Does it have all the features I want? No, which is why I'm lusting after a MacBook Pro. It does, however, have all the features that hypothetical consumer X wants and that's who it's meant for: the consumer that is looking for a pared down, lightweight,...
agreed.
lol, exactly what i was thinking. the wii, bringing together families for smoking and gaming.
thanks!! hmm, I think my ego just ballooned...
Thanks for a great review!
