This is my favorite thing ever
Once you reply to the contest ticket you received with Amazon or PayPal, then I submit your info to HAVA and it usually takes 2-3 weeks before we get the prizes. PayPal gets sent straight to you, the Amazon code gets dropped into the same contest ticket.

The "Trainee" refers to your contributor status, or your ability to submit news to the site. In this case, you began the process to become a contributor and made less than 3 submissions, so that would switch from "Trainee" to "Contributor" once you have a few news submissions approved.
