I agree with you on all fronts. TG16 was a underrated console. I only wish I bought it back then.
Blazing Lazers, Kieth Courage, Bonk, and other games made the console that wasn't afraid of new styles of playing.
Considering TurboGrafx 16 was a console, and TurboExpress was a handheld adaptation of TG16, the wording is correct. TG16/TE games ported to PlayStation Vita = "Your Vita is a TurboExpress."
I wouldn't mind a Blazing Lazers port! :)

The best part is, even if you're ripping this guy a new one - it IS very Metal Gear. It features a Metal Gear to battle against. The new trailer shown at TGS shows Raiden fighting a Metal Gear. OMG indeed.

How can you be unconvinced by PS3? PS3 has a lot of horsepower left. It's Xbox 360 that is holding a lot of developers back. Ever wonder why content is being cut out from the final version of the game?

@HiddenMission - The review system is something a gaming website requires, and there isn't many wordpress mods out for free to provide to users. And when there is, the execution of the mod doesn't sound so good on paper. When you see it done on another site, it doesn't look flexible, either. So, yeah, a custom coding work is required to get the desired results.
And, what's worse is that there isn't a CMS that allows for game info column - which I think is ...

A host with a $50 price tag won't be able to handle the kind of traffic of those who make it to the top 5 stories. No. I'm sorry. I'm speaking from experience here - on a peak day, 4,000 people can come to your site via 5 hottest stories. If you're #1 hot story, it's twice that and then some more.

You obviously did not play MGS4. He references "helping Snake" MANY times. Including that famous scene where he takes out all of the Gekkos.
Even if Big Boss's mission is to save them, this story lends into Raiden's original reason for living: Helping Snake. If this is Big Boss, then, by the time Raiden is a full man in MGS2/MGS4, he would be mixed up in thinking that the Snake he met in Ground Zeroes is the same Snake he saw in MGS2.

It could also be that the environment made the hair to be dark blonde...?
And even if this is Chico, the name can easily be changed in the MGS series. For example, in MGS2, there has been many references to Raiden's many names. Jack, Jack the Ripper, and another name I forget.
But Raiden has to be somewhere around 20 when he appeared in MGS2. He looked young in there, even with the grey hair.
My gut still says it's Jack/Raiden.
