We all know Insomniac choose Spider-man. Ted Price said so. But we don't know that any of the details or how the film rights play into any of it, if at all. Your experience in the "business" doesn't give you any insight into that deal. As simply a guess, it makes sense, but unless some executive has said something I've not seen yet then this is all still just speculation.
