Wikipedia says Rondo was available initially as PC game only available in Japan. Then there was a remake into a subpar SNES version which made it to the Wii U and 3DS virtual consoles. Another remake that included SOTN was released for PSP.

Rondo of Blood is not. Believe that game has only been on PSP as Dracula X Chronicles outside of the original Japanese version. Could be wrong about that though.

Without Sony, this port wouldn't exist at all. And the XBLA version of SOTN is still available on Xbox via BC.
