Indy developers know that the Wii-U Shop is the place to be when it comes to home consoles, they are all starting to jump on board due to how easy Nintendo is making things for them. Nintendo may not have a lot of games currently at retail, but they are stacking E-shop games in the pipeline, and I think this is a good tactic. What they need to do is keep these indy games exclusive to their home console,(excluding IOS,Steam) so that you can only play them on a Nintendo console.
Funny.... same thing happened when Nintendo released 3DS first, then all the hype went to Vita......where is Vita now ???
You don't come to the party without a present !!!!!
Ummmm Trine 2 says hello !
Good every company should stay away from licensed games......99 out of 100 are garbage shovel-ware, and once in a blue you get a gem like Batman. Leave those types of games to indy devs !!!
So the demo of (X) with the same exact battle system and a picture of Shulk at the end isn't a indication of Xenoblade 2 ????
They have one final chance to redeem themselves and this game and that's with the Wii-U version......if that version comes out looking the same or worse, people will lose all faith in them. They better do what Criterion did with Need for Speed and make the U version far superior than the other console versions. That will at least give them some redemption !!!
It would be nice to know when this is coming to America !!!!
I guess its better than nothing...lets hope this exclusive feature stays exclusive...since that word means nothing in todays gaming world anymore :/
Why doesn't this guy go away already, we know every week he has his negative Nintendo rant......he has a frikin hard on for Nintendo. Let it go dude seriously, its so annoying at this point. He just want to keep downplaying Nintendo so they can fail just so he can say he was right. His predictions are always wrong. He was wrong about Wii and wrong aout 3DS, and all he is doing is trying to shoot fish in a barrel in order to look like he knows what he's talking about.
Well Nukeitall, one, not everyone has a 360 controller, so they might already have this instead and want the option to use it.
Two, that's your opinion that the 360 controller is better. I do like the 360 controller, but after using the Pro controller I now prefer that over 360. Which is "better" is subjective to the individual. But in my opinion the joysticks on top feel more natural, and the D-Pad is far superior.
We need an American release date already!!
N64 Goldeneye says hello :)
Now if only Nintendo would take this back !!!! I would get this IP and give it to Retro Studios and say make it happen !!!
This by far is one of the lamest comments on N4G,how about being patient and wait for the great games to come instead of being a Negative Nancy!Yes there is currently a lack of compelling software, but you make it seem like its not coming.
Pikmin 3
Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate
Wonderful 101
Bayonetta 2
Super Smash Bros
A new Zelda and a remake of Wind Waker
Mario Kart
Mario 3D
Xenoblade 2 (X)
Rayman Legend...
Um yea that makes sense......thats like comparing a 6 or 7 year old to an infant. They have been around 6 or 7 years to establish themselves while the other is 3 months old......that's deff showing "dominance" right???? LOL
That is such a dumb way of looking at things. Imagine a parent saying my 7 year old kid is so more advanced then your kid because he can walk and talk and jump, while your infant just sits there. Your comparing Apples to Oranges with that one...
@Sera ......seriously just because 3DS uses the same established Nintendo characters does not mean in anyway that they are in fact the same game. Yes the 3DS has Mario.........but Super Mario Land 3D is a completely different game then Super Mario Galaxy 2. The same thing can be said about a game like Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn on Wii and Fire Emblem Awakening on 3DS. The may be the same genre in the same series, but they are not exactly the same game.
Then their are games like...
Nintendo makes the most reliable and sturdy hardware out there period. The Wii and the Wii-U might not have been major powerhouses for graphics.....but they are built very well, consume way less power then competitors, and are much more stable (No Red Rings or Yellow Rings)as well. Look at the size of a Wii-U and look at the size of the original 360 and the PS3. The Wii-U is slightly more powerful than last gen, yet look at how much they have reduced the components in today's time. Even th...
Nice read......really gets yout thinking as to where they will go next !
*Personally I want a game set in the timeline of when the Great War took place.
Hey Ubisoft, what happened to that other Wii-U console exclusive......Ghost Recon Online ????
