Funny how you bring up one blip on the radar for Nintendo.....out of the 100's upon 100's of cases they won. And do you honestly believe Nintendo will not go to appeals court in that case? The chances of someone winning against Nintendo are slim and not worth the time and effort.

I like this controller better than the 360 one, as the joysticks are where they should be, both on top near your thumbs!The battery life is amazing at 80 hours.The only flaw is no headphone jack....hopefully they make an update to this controller in the future and add that in.
I think they ment Waluigi not Wario....12 does seem rather low though for a Mario Kart on a home console. Hopefully with all the time they have until release in 2014, they will add more!

Sorry being a long time Killer Instinct fan this game doesn't look to good......it looks like a Street Fighter game now....and KI was supposed to be an alternative to those types of games. And its a shame Rare can't even make their own games anymore !

EA sux....they had the perfect opportunity to show of dual Gamepad support in all their sport games and blew it. They could have been the first, showed what a game changer it would be to have two players with their own playbooks on the Wii-U gamepad that the other can't see. All they had to do was put effort into their games and not port and gimp the Nintendo versions.
