Wow you guys all disagree but even Nintendo themselves have stated this. This is a fact, not opinion based. Nintendo has said in many interviews their products compete with all types of entertainment for your time. The more time you spend on their device the less time your spending on something else. So this would include portable or console. They want you to buy their products and to buy the software that goes with it. Being portable does not change the fact they want you to stick with them ...
Last I checked they all compete for your time as a gamer, regardless if its portable or home console.So yes, 3DS does compete with PS3 and every other gaming device. At the end of the day these companies want you to play games on their device.

Please for the love of God, bring back the Feather from the first Super Mario Kart and make that be an item that counter acts the Blue Shell. Just as its about to hit you, you use the Feather and jump out of the way of the attack. The Blue Shell needs a counter measure. Also make it so that all weapons are random again from the past, not if your in first or second you only get Bananas or Green Shells. If you gimp a version now, that new install base willing to continue to support newer versions of the game later on. Nintendo customers remember when they get screwed over by third parties, so its not in their best interest to gimp the Nintendo versions...if anything they should be adding extra content not on any other consoles to get more customers in !

They are saving it for E3....if they show everything now, what will they have to surprise people when everyones talking about 720/PS4. They need to hold certain things back......Metroid,Starfox and Fzero need to be things that they keep hidden so when their competitors start dropping bombs, Nintendo has things to fight back with!

China will not allow violent games if they do decide to allow gaming to take place, those games would be considered too violent....that's the reason its banned now. If they undo the ban, there will most certainly be restrictions...wake up !!!

What's the incentive to buy a PS3 version over a 360 version??? Or one of those over a PC version? The point is its MULTI platform....yet excludes one!
port the game and use the Pro Controller...that's all they have to do. Its not required to use the Gamepad, so if its that hard to come up with something innovative.....then don't!
That's funny because Activision didn't wait for the Wii-U launch with Call Of Duty...and had no problem letting every other version sell like crack a week before the Wii-U version launched with the console.......now all of a sudden sales for Activision games on U are dissapointing, I wonder why?
