Agreed it looks good but other games that came out 3 years ago like Red Dead have already done clouds like that - so it seemed odd of them and the "journalist" to make a sort of big deal about it.
I'd rather them make a Heavenly Sword 2 than this.
"Stunning"
Ohhhh click bait journalism.
@fraggle1987
I think it was sarcasm
How about much better faces and animation.
As much as I want to play it I just can't bring myself to touch it until a vr version is released. My first playthrough of RE7 was in VR and there is just no going back for me, at least for first person Resident Evil.
I'd love to see them go all out with destruction. Red Faction Guerilla still holds the title for best destruction and it came out 12 years ago. If a AAA studio applied today's tech to destruction it would sure bring a smile to this face.
@T2X
Ok then it's certified awesome!
Isn't it just augmented reality he's using? As in you'd have to use your phone to see the animated cover?
I think you're on the right track considering buying a Oculus, particularly though the Oculus Quest 1 or 2.
PSVR was my first VR system and the Oculus Quest was my 2nd. The ease-of-use makes other VR headsets that require a pc or ps4, wires and either a camera or satellites seem prehistoric and like too much of a hassle.
I remember loving it through the beta and well after release - I held my own too. I took about a year off from it and when I came back to it I got absolutely stomped.
It's either that my skills diminished that quickly or everyone just got that much better. It was much more than just being "rusty".
Yeh I think it's nothing but a false rumor. The original holds up extremely well. I don't see them remaking it until graphics have REALLY advanced like maybe around when PS6 comes out.
@anubusgold
When I use a week's vacation I just like to make sure there's something new to play that I'm interested in. I'm mainly looking forward to it because Ive really liked everything Arkane Studios has made. I was planning to have that to play and plenty of games from my backlog.
@versusDMC
I'm hesitant to play Resident Evil village until there's a VR version, if that even happens. I played RE7 in VR all th...
Damn and I had a vacation scheduled around its launch.
China has a long history of knockoffs. They are a culture of plagiarism.
Speaking of sacrilegious what in God's name made them go with those colors for the reveal? I'm sure they'll have other colors but geez that is just nasty looking. Looks like something you'd find at a Pottery Barn.
With all of the talk about CDPR expanding I have a feeling they may fix what they can with Cyberpunk, release its DLCs and then just move on. I think their focus will end up shifting elsewhere instead of fine tuning and fulfilling all of their broken promises.
This is coming from someone who played it for 100 + hours on pc, beat it and then moved on to Red Dead Redemption 2 from my backlog. Going from Cyberpunk to Red Dead is is like going from black and white to color. Cyb...
I couldn't really get into it at the time but my buddy did and really liked it. He said he got the crap scared out of him once or twice.
"Sato: Even long before Ghost of Tsushima, I did want to release “samurai” games like Kenzan and Ishin in the West. Unfortunately, after Yakuza 0, we were very busy with remastering the numbering Yakuza titles for the PS4, so we missed the opportunity to work on some of these other games."
The remasters strike again. Easy cash is like a brick wall to new releases.
It was my biggest disappointment of the year alright, well that and Cyberpunk. Had tons of fun with WD2 but this one was just missing SO much. Total downgrade in the fun dept.
It actually is on this level. May be that you didn't play on high enough settings.
