The built in problem with video game characters is that they usually need to be tough as well. This kind of narrows the stories that you can tell, not unlike the average Hollywood blockbuster. I hope future video game devs find ways to tell more and more different genres of story and bring in interesting game play elements besides shooting.
Bingo but hopefully they do some tweaks on BioShock 1 and rerelease it on steam because the game has lots of little issues playing on modern systems. Audio glitches mainly and some people have trouble getting the game to even start
Edit: and hopefully if they rerelease Bioshock 2 it will freshen up the multiplayer servers because ive never gotten to experience it and heard it is great.
Have you seen the video called "the phantom mission: kingdom of the flies"? They go to great lengths to explain to you that this was intended to be in the game but could not be included for undisclosed reasons. And it is basically one of the final most climactic missions.
There's a certain logic to keeping momentum. History has shown what percentage of the market jumps in at each price point, and maybe they are reaching that point where it's smart to start the next wave. More consoles equal more game sales as well, so it's not like cutting the console price is kust throwing money away. It's such a complex move to make.
I consider this headline a spoiler and i dont think n4g should let stuff like this get posted
Terrible article man. Go back to 8th grade. Get this flimsy conjecture out of here. There is not one substantive statement and the theories are half baked.
I believe that Sony should buy a stake in Silent Hill and MGS and co-produce new games in those series which are exclusive to Sony consoles.
Not a good sign for them
Can't believe they never made a pc port of crackdown. I would buy two copies.
Hopefully the mini cooper is used and belonged to a gamestop employee
Pretty well handled statement. Focuses on the future, doesnt sling mud. All you can do really
Last of Us is boring. I'd give it a 7/10 for fun. A 6/10 for story.
the characters run slow. You have to slowly move trash bins. Story is a retread. The good parts dont balance out the boring parts.
i bet the sequel will be better
After Arkham Knight im inclined to say I don't want vehicles in my action games
damn. that was a nice tirade.
This is exciting for me because i play games for hair mostly
'Dying Light' has set the bar high for this sort of thing. I hope that the Mirror's Edge team can iterate even further. While Dying Light offers a lot of freedom and upward mobility, i think mirror's edge 2 can distinguish itself by offering you the feeling of smoothness while moving through a world. Where dying light feels scrappy and like you are escaping, mirror's edge should make you feel slick.
Legendary gaming story. I think we can all agree on that. What other games have skipped a console generation due to development issues? Duke? Too Human?
PC i am getting a smooth 60 after tweaking .ini
But this release is still an embarassment for the company in my opinion. Doesnt help that the first several hrs of the game are boring and repetitive either
MS would have taken more heat. Im 100% positive.
My beef with MS regarding shenmue is this: I played #1 on the DC and loved it. But then, due to licensing issues regarding Shenmue 2's release in the NA being cancelled for DC in favor of xbox, i never got to play shenmue 2. For me it was the biggest moneyhatting bullshit stunt MS had pulled and it was the beginning of things to come. I never bought an OG xbox but by the time i had an xbox 360 i got shenmue 2 to play v...
I support Nintendo's decision to do whatever they think is right. But I don't think delaying a major title out of holiday 2015 is good for anybody. This decision must have strategic implications for the NX launch
