Just like when MS abandoned the XBOX and now you think they aren't capable of doing the same with the 360. Being let down is not only something that Sony is capable of, MS is also capable of doing it in a big way.
I would rather get very nice looking graphics and an excellent game than having spent $ on an XBOX and having MS stop making games for it because they couldn't compete with an "inferior" machine. Who is mindless given this logic?

As I said before consoles stop working, overheat, controllers malfunction, things happen. Every company has an issue to deal with some more serious than others, but if you can look past all that there is great gaming to be had on all.

You obviously don't have a PS3 or you would know that you don't need to have the USB cable connected initially to establish a connection, unless you are charging your controller. And even when the issue that is articulated in this article occurs it is usually only temporary (1 second or 2). Every system has an issue, and if being temporarily disconnected from a game every blue moon is the only thing that happens with the PS3, then I consider myself very lucky.

They were being very secretive about Heavenly Sword and showed a video at GDC, turns out that video was of an old build and they current build of the game looks much better (See: Team Ninja website under Forum).
The event was Game DEVELOPERS Conference. These are people who are interested in the technical aspect of games, not to mention that Sony said even B4 they demonstrate that it was an early build and was intended to showcase some of their development tools.

I own a PS3 but I don't think we can ask this question at this point. Neither KZ2 or H3 are out yet and there is little information that would allow you to make a direct comparison. I for one would love to play H3 when it comes out but I won't go out and get a 360 because I wasn't as into that game, conversely I am sure that 360 fans will be happy with their H3.

Why release a game on Blu-ray that could just be downloaded, it cuts out the middle man of having to make copies of the disk or the distribution cost etc. I would agree with you that they are pushing an agenda to expand PSN use, but ALL PS3s have a HDD so its not that big of a deal.

Makes sense, good logic behind that. Certain games lend for this more than others so why be militant and require every publisher to use it. I'm sure eventually this will work itself all out, it's not even a big concern but I am happy of the direction they are going in on this.

I feel for you man, as a fan of the game industry I have to say that having your system die on you can't be fun. Goes back to my point in an earlier post relating to the SixAxis not working sometimes that each system has its faults, some more serious than others.
