No use in crying over spilled milk, so far the DLC has only been announced for the 360 and that's ok with me. Things like this will happen time and time again this gen, 360 gets DLC for GTA 4 and PS3 gets UT3 with mods, MGS4/MGO, and so on.

This story goes to show that the American perception is really narrow. The 360 is doing excellent in the US and OK in other regions but very poorly in Japan.
The Japanese have Wii and PS3 from 2 companies that have established their reputation as console manufacturers and industry leaders in gaming, why on Earth would any Japanese person choose a 360 with those alternatives.

Ask Insomniac to tell them how to optimize for the PS3? This shouldn't even have been news because the first one should have been 60 fps. Ridiculous.
But with EA being involved I doubt I will be picking this up especially being a PS3 owner. Doing good on Burnout Paradise doesn't convince me that that game wasn't just a fluke and they will resort back to their old "Madden" ways of cutting corners on the PS3 version.

Kinda like that movie they showed of Gears 2 that had no game play, just a chainsaw battle, we could say the same thing too, that all games have a non gameplay movie released before the actual game is show. The PS2 was a great console but I think many developers (ie. GG) overestimated its power and tried to pack too much in at times. Sony has seen this and has worked to give these developers room to take these risks with the knowledge that the hardware will be there to back up their vision in the long run.

Never ceases to amaze me how people lap up this crap from EA. This looks no better than a game on the PS2/Original XBOX.
EA dominance = Death of innovation and the ushering in of the era of formulas and insignificant tweaks to games that are fundamentally no different than their predecessors.
