Seeing as how they bought into MS's logic that they had a shortage even thought EVERYONE could find a 360 if they desired. The difference here would be that the PS3 is actually moving units.

EA is trying to milk their customers too much rather than just putting out quality products. (I'm looking at the Madden series and it's insignificant yearly updates that cost you $60 a pop.)
but it must be said that they are really stupid for announcing that they have content done but will hold it back so you have to buy it later.
I could see if this was stuff that was in development and was added later as extras that were planned but couldn't be implemented into the main game but to say that you purposefully left things out to charge people for it is kinda messed up.
Shame on EA for what they are doing.
You have to know when to let go. They are really ruining a classic series. What they should do is go back to the drawing board, sonic was about speed and cool bosses at it's core.
It would be a shame to have a character such as Sonic who has been an icon of gaming fall into obscurity because of a need to release new products on some deadline regardless of quality. Sonic = Sega, they should act like it and have some pride and take their time.

From what I have seen many have been questioning the numbers presented, but it is a know fact that the PS3 has been outselling the 360 as is evident by MS alleging a shortage days before the numbers were released showing that they were being outsold.
