According to these screens I would say indeed the 360 version looks like it has better textures and less blurring. But I'll probably get the game on PS3 because ResiEvil would feel more natural to me on PS.
Do we need? It got old after about the 10,000th one this month. I don't even want to read it because they're all the same: "Sony is doomed, the sky is falling etc."
GT5 is my most anticipated racing game EVER. But I am also a big Forza fan and anyone who puts Forza and Grid in the same sentence is kidding themselves. Turn all of Forza's assists off and race like a real man or get out. The second iteration of Forza was really good but the graphics held back a lot of visual aspects. I hope the third one will be much better graphically because GT5 is looking incredible. I have played the hell out of Prologue and let me tell you, Polyphony really have themse...
I have MGS4, R2 and just bought LBP and I must say, all three are great games and MGS4 and LBP are especially pwn.
This game or GTA IV DLC? Decisions, decisions.
And I think it is an incredible upgrade from an my old phone and my 5th gen iPod bought in Feb 06. There's so much you CAN do with it, and the things listed above (whatever the "superior" HTC phones could do) are probably features I would never use anyway.
At above: No, you aren't forced to get the unlimited plan. I am paying $30 a month for the basic with AT&T employee discount and I got my 16GB iPhone for $299.
I will certainly be adding this to my list of portable games. Nothing wrong with a little Metal Gear while you're bored at work lol.
I hope Windows 7 is a lot better than Vista because quite frankly, Vista was/still is terrible.
I have never seen so much hatred for PS3. As if there wasn't enough already, now EVERYTHING is doom and gloom in Sony Land...Supposedly.
But...Sigh...I guess it's what makes N4G go 'round.
Articles like THIS are epic fail.
It needs a re-entry of the 40GB priced at $299 WITH some sort of BC. That way more PS2 owners can breathe easier knowing they're making a true upgrade and would not be giving up their favorite PS2 titles.
A price cut on the 80GB would be...dumb. It's worth more than what they're selling it anyway, they wouldn't want to take a bigger hit if they didn't have to.
Sometime in 2009. I'm guessing it's not the "Mario killer" it was thought to be, but think I'll enjoy it a month or so from now...after I get my iPhone :)
And I do prefer gaming on PS3 for the most part, but I have to agree with the first post. Year after year PS3 is supposed to be strutting its stuff and yet by the time it all comes along, it fizzles. Why is that? I remember 2007 was a power year for Xbox 360, and it held quite a lot of momentum. 2008 was a great year for PS3 but I don't think it outdid 360's 2007, even with Home.
Now 2009 is the new "Year of the PS3" with releases like Killzone 2, God of War III, Unchar...
The next Xbox will be called "Xstream" and will stream true HD movies (Blu-ray quality) with the future's higher bandwidth and games will be DD. It would come with a 250GB drive for cheaper one and on up to 500GB-1TB for the premium. It will be due out in late 2010.
Will be the BEST racing game EVER made. Maybe it won't be uber realistic like PC sims (GTR, etc) but it will be damn good, like every other game in the series. From the moment I picked up Gran Turismo 1 near launch (was 10 yrs old then) I fell in love with the series and with cars in general. It was a life changing game for me. GT2 shipped on two discs and packed 10x the amount of cars, tracks, and fun. GT3 showed what the PS2 was capable of when it first came out, and GT4 took GT3 and added ...
Doesn't need saving. So why is IGN stooping to this level?
Some sort of MG game is on its way to Xbox 360. Not saying it's 4, though. That's pretty much all I get out of that, as well as the hints to Ac!d.
And I enjoy gaming a lot now than I did when I was a teen in the PS2/Xbox era.
Now I enjoy my PS3 and Xbox 360 equally. Such great games on both systems. But I do have to admit, I get a kick out of reading people rip and bash on other systems claiming their's is the "best". It's all opinions and at the end of the day, nobody really cares what you think. All the effort you use to pull "stats" and "facts" out of your a55 could have been used on someth...
Totally didn't expect the snow as the lush and colorful jungles, gorgeous water and mystifying caves are what MADE Uncharted for me. But I know ND has what it takes to make this an even better game.
I don't care for online but it'd be nice to see a story and map in which you could take different paths and make choices that affects your overall experience. That way you could play through it multiple times and get a slightly different outcome each time.
I should be up and running tonight or early tomorrow. I've heard lots of good things about it and since it's only a beta, it will continue to get better towards release.
I'm super excited :)
