If they plan on having long life cycles it better have at least 8GB. I would put 16GB in just so the developers would STFU and stop whining.

If Microsoft had used Blu-ray instead of DVD 3rd party games would for the most part be filling up single layer Blu-rays.

Tech geeks look at the 3DS and laugh. Nintendo will be fine in the long run though, when the 3DS gets some games and is $100 cheaper moms will buy it for their kids, and sales will go up. But still it is so archaic and it just came out.
It won't have to. No competition next season. At best all we can hope for is minor refinements and some bugs ironed out + roster update.

3DS runs at 1/2 the resolution of the gamecube just so you know.
Its N64 1.5 or Gamecube .5 w/3D gimmick.
After E3 it will be even more apparent which console is king.

MS is not going to announce a new console and kill their Kinect Momentum. That would be really dumb. MS is smarter than that.

1) Blu-Ray (If the WiiHD or NextBox don't have Blu-ray Insta-FAIL.)
2) 1080p
3) No pop in or screen tearing.
