Their is nothing they can do. MS went ballistic with JRPG's over there even getting FFXIII International Exclusive. All it seems to do is piss off the Japanese more when they do things like that. So MS has 2 options imo.
1. Not even bother launching next gen in Japan.
2. Launch anyway and accept your going to be last place for life in Japan .
Also Japanese (asians in general) will not buy shoddy products RROD etc. They want QUALITY Ninte...

I loved Nintendo, but the Wii left such a bad taste in my mouth.

It's going to take more than an Xbox 360 Arcade unit tethered to a generic PS Vita to get me back.
Just allow the devs to ship the games w/ install discs. fuck the people who don't have hardrives. If anything it will force people to buy MS' propreitery hard drives and they will make even more money.

MAXWELL GPU is what SONY, and possible MS are waiting for. It is such a huge leap over current gaming PC's it puts them to shame.

The only thing is for it to be affordable to put in a console they wouldn't be able to release until holiday 2014, but for that kind of technological leap I would be willing to wait an extra year. It's not like I don't have a ton of games to play already.
