No, 10,000 people voting does not confirm that. Millions of gamers in the world are not represented by 10,000. A majority does not confirm a fact, it just confirms the majority opinion (of a suspect source, a PC gaming site), nothing more. It carries weight, but it's still subjective, so you can lay off that one, Conloles...
I feel they're one of the best, and I have a huge liking for them, but c'mon, a survey isn't irrefutable proof unless you're trying t...
since you don't speak for all NBA fans, you just might be wrong.
He has yet to be toppled, or even yet to have a threat of being toppled. He's that damn good, so, if they so choose, I don't care if they put him on it every year until he's beaten. He's also that good.
pipe down Montrealien, I've come across your posts long enough to know the only reason you're posting is because you have a passion about it, just like "teh 12 year olds"...Reading your post above and this one just now should leave not a shred of doubt that you're nothing but the kind of person you ridicule here, so give up on that schtick. I can't imagine it's convincing even you.
I'm only replying myself now because I saw your above comment...
it was the fact that it was cheaper than the 360 for me, and that it is/was more reliable, statistically. I was insulted that MS expected me to essentially 'lease' a console for 3 years or buy a new one. I wanted to "purchase and keep" one, reliably and with confidence, and it was cheaper to do so with a PS3 with all I needed (I NEEDED WiFi and a giant HD for what I wanted, hence "my needs"), because MS had all the stuff PS3 came with classed as "an extra"...
he gained volume and credence is because some of the industry listens to him, including some media and the likes. I can't remember where I first heard of him, could have been Game Informer, but he really hasn't proven himself IMO. For some reason, it's a snowball effect, it seems. Some company in the industry, or some analysts here his name and hear he's "got a prediction" and suddenly he's gained more clout and it just keeps rolling on like that.
Sigma games on 360. :D
But you're right, the price of $50 for a remix/redone NG2 is still too steep. It should be more like $30 or $40
Gun was a very solid and well done title from last gen.
I see you omitted the "Right?" part of the article after "Case closed!". Nice cherry-picking. The article addresses both points of view and explains some technicalities, and you strategically pasted the part that apparently justifies your own purchase or bolsters your own argument. Just, no...
have fanboy goggles on. Why can't you temper that BS like you do on CAG?
"Edit the harddrive"? Huh?
You mean that 90 second task that involves less work than unpacking and hooking up the PS3?
It's a swap out, it's no more difficult than a last gen memory card insertion/removal but involves an occasionally, tightly-wound screw and a plastic cover. Don't over-complicate it.
interviewed every gamer out there to find out what classics people enjoy. Thank you for your astute demonstration in logistical surveying.
Not all games falter due to time.
I don't care for turn based games, so I don't care for some of the games others mention above (Advance Wars, Golden Sun, Pokemon...all turn based)...but that's an opinion...kinda what this is based on...^^^
it took a long enough amount of time, but Commodore finally has most of his communicative capacity reduced to where it should be. Let the Gods of normalcy rejoice in the pure joy of reduced ignorance and insanity.
I can't state whether I will buy Crysis 2 on PS3 or PC, but I never wanted it on my 360 only because I try to reduce the usage of it. I get the 14 exclusives I have on there and enjoy those, but if I can add one more game to the other platforms so I don't have to worry ...
stop your spin, Commodore and you are the kinds of people that bring sheer nausea to this hobby and site. Holy crap are you out of your mind. Lying so that PS3 owners buy the game? You'll do anything to file down the corners of that square peg to fit it in the round hole, huh pal? Does it help you sleep at night?
And no, no contradiction (just denial on your part)...it's simple, actually. They can simultaneously have no problems with the PS3 version and take longer to do it becau...
you should be aware of the fact that the RAM, although paltry and insufficient, is not the deathblow to the PS3 that certain fanatics (not you, others) make it out to be. 256 is too low for much these days, but the naysayers and detractors don't understand that it is firstly 256 MB x 2 (just not unified like 360's) and secondly that the cell picks up a lot of the deficiencies that the low level of RAM creates. The SPE's are capable of assisting to make the processing of data more fluid and dy...
not for LIVE. I don't even plan to play on LIVE, I haven't seen a reason to fork over such funding to allow me something that I was doing for 2 years on PSN. And don't give me the cross game chat or any other feature that I personally won't use. It's fine if you bought it for that, but don't speak for everyone.
yes "dwindled" it started out a few million more than it is now, that means to shrink or get smaller, ie: dwindled.
It's not major, but the lead has been cut some since 2006.
which is why the 360's lead has dwindled. Where do you people come from?
he's still learning simple math. Oh, and simple English..."PRICIEST" not "PRICEST"
lists a bunch of erroneous pieces of info that he has no idea about yet likens them to "facts"... then proceeds to finish with a lovely bit of ironic hypocrisy: "2 each his own"...?? (really? you have to use text lingo to wage an argument? where's your validity at?)
Huh?
You do realize that barely anything you stated is true, and it's either an opinion, a lie or it's a slanted, half-truth, right?
Blu-ray's are often less than regular ...
because you don't understand the tech, firstly. Secondly, "another good amount of time", really? You are too young to have learned to just multitask or find something to do for a few minutes? Is it that important to play the second you pop in the disc? It's the end of the world if a game has to install a few gigs of data (recalling the fact that despite what you said, not every PS3 game has to do that)?
It sure as hell beats the wear and tear of the DVD-ROM ...
