I dislike articles that state opinions as if this generation is over. Makes me look at my platforms and think they'll all have to be replaced by the next generation soon. We just getting started with this generation and last generation is still going (The Amazing PS2). So lets wait awhile before spitting out articles like these. I'm glad and sad for GoW 3. Glad because it doesn't release right after Killzone 2. I mean, sheesh, all the hub-bub from the anti-Sony fans about Killzone 2 previews, reviews, and now sales. If GoW followed right after, it would be hell here. I'm also sad because it doesn't release right after Killzone 2. Guess it's a good thing, gives me time to collect medals and badges.

If you're enjoying your platform and games, numbers mean little to you. Obviously a lot of people here aren't, so they feel compelled to play the numbers game. Example:
Anti-Sony Fan: Ha, what a joke, Killzone 2 didn't move consoles! Didn't even sell well. Halo Killer my arse!
Sony Fan: STFU, it's only 2 days of sales! Nobody claimed it would!

It's really sad when you have fanatics rubbing it in or defending their point of views. In the end, sales mean nothing when it comes to enjoying games.
