Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it. Unfortunately most will not get to read 'some' of the great points you made even though you did make some points. I'm no 'greater than thou' type but the fact is in a lot of cases the 'Console War' has nothing to do with a persons immense enjoyment of their preferred gaming platform. Just saying.

Really sad to see so many being turned off by the score. I can't pass judgment on a game I haven't played, but I wouldn't let the score stop me. I like to read the good and bad points and decide to try/buy from there. Not the score.
Don't buy into the sales train, just enjoy your games. I hate the fact that the media try's to make gamers choose a side and play the sales game. Screw that, show me the games, not teh money.
Some review sites are so bi-polar. I generally like to read more a whole bunch and just look at the details of what they disliked and why. I mean, it's getting tougher and tougher to part with money nowadays.
And now thanks to the phenom known as LBP Passion Pit will blow up even more. The song Sleepyhead is now synonymous with LPB2, went to YouTube and mostly everyone was drawn to check out the video thanks to LBP2. Makes it a marketing win for both sides.
