'what you can't do is read too much into reviews anymore.'
I think, with regard to the Eurogamer review, the problem is not that people read too much into the review, it's that they read too much into the score without reading the review at all.
So they should pick a reviewer who would prefer playing third person adventure games and would have natural bias toward the genre? Of course they should, because that's so professional
I think the site made a valid comment. Social commentary is a +.
Those are some really cool ideas.

I have a theory that the 'V' in the logo is a clue of some sort. Why put the 'V' and the word 5? unless its GTA 10?
V for Vinewood?

Ooooh... the shady underworld of political scheming. I like it.
If Rockstar really wants to impress they should have an open world than spans over at least two continents. Imagine flying from DC to Amsterdam, buy some weed on the cheap, smuggle it back (mini-game potential) and sell it to politicians at a 1000% profit
Regarding your link - the article says around 1 million people playing MW2 at the same time! Damn, that's more people playing MW2 than there are in some countries!
No wonder Activision puts the game out annually!
Is this a real review? This can't be serious. Not the score, I give two flying f*cks about the score, but the actual written review. It's terrible. Is this a joke? Haha, it must be a joke!
Right?
Did you lose your teddy?
I would like to see a PC/360/PS3 comparison
'One section of Battefield 3 is so linear that I died four times trying to stab the same enemy from behind. It turns out that you’re supposed to sprint up to him and stab him, if you move too slowly you’re guy simply dies. What does he die of? Heart attack? Spontaneous combustion? Bordeom?'
