its probably an early build on wii u against a near final build on switch.
i actually think the wii u is a better system and hope the performance is better or the same on wii u. i play to get this game for wii u. no plays to get a switch. nohting in the reveal excited me. sadly even mario didnt give me that feeling like when i first saw mario galaxy or even super mario 3d world.
Doesn't matter! Switch has reality resolution. You don't look at the screen. Remember you look in the other persons eye to play?

Ya plus it sounds fishy. They said you have to use a smart device to do things like add a friend or send game invites. Like the system itself can't do that I needs another piece of hardware and an app
I didn't know it was coming to wii u. I wanna see it sell better in wii u. And Nintendo get a wake up call as a result.

Here’s my honest feelings on this… the wii u is better. Nintendo screwed fans over big time. It’s a matter of perspective and cant’ wait to play Nintendo games on my PlayStation.

-Mario 3d land is better looking than Mario odyssey
