No one is saying it's a weaker PS4. No one is comparing them. Switch is not even in the same league as PS4, despite PS4 realizing in 2013.
Also no one is trying to make it less cool. This thing isn't cool period and Nintendo did that to themselves. Unless you think ARMS and 1 2 Switch are cool, no one is gonna make this look less cool that's Nintendo themselves.

That's odd because they put a lot of "good" information and many games in the direct reveal. It's just that the Japanese games aren't really my thing. Didn't really like how Mario odyssey looked. And breath of the wild can be played on my wii u. Arms isn't exciting nor is 1 2 switch.
I think what they left out of the review is the "bad" things. And that was pretty much the fall out after the even in the next few days. Nothing positiv...

I think core gamers/fans (the people who stayed up late to watch the direct) like myself are the most disappointed.
Mixed feelings about this one. I'm going to wait for the sure severe price cut that comes with these game in a year or two.

This is good news! Mass effect was one of my favorite franchise last gen (along with uncharted) and was actually the reason purchased an Xbox! It was exclusive to xbox at the time and felt like the definitive experience playing it on xbox with save files being carried over from each game.
however, what i've seen of mass effect andromida so far has me on the fence, it doesn't look as good as the previous mass effect games so being able to try for 10hrs before i play...
I purchased wii u and 3ds. But won't be getting switch. Too disappointed.
I can't believe they are pitching it as a home console. In 2017. With 32 gb same as the previous wii u. No Ethernet port. So need to get USB adapter to have a wired connection to play online smash and marionkart with good connection. No headphone jacks for headset. You need to have a smart device for voice cigar match making. Writes paid online were u get a free game only for a month.
Here's the thing. People are not excited for Nintendo anymore. The best thing they have going for them are they games. And people wanted to see Nintendo showing off games and see people taking an interest in them. But sadly that's what nintendo showed.
i hope they bring Odyssey over to wii u as well. that way i can play it, because i'm surely not buy a switch just for one mario game.

Someone might choose to buy a scorpio over ps4 pro because the scorpip will presumable play said 3rd party games better... maybe they have a big 4k tv and want native 4k, higher frame rate, faster loading etc.
Technical advantages aside, there are also games you would be able to play on xbox that you can't on playstation. maybe try reading some of the articles y...

I'm sorry but it's off putting how much they're charging for this thing and it lacks a lot of things. Also it doesn't have an Ethernet port in the dock.
