tidus was a dream, a creation by the fayth who ultimately "dreamed" him up to fulfill a purpose. i.e take on Yu Yevon and defeat jecht. In the end he bought an end to sin which had plagued all nations of Spira for centuries. hardly a sad ending, though i'll grant you his fading from existance after it was hardly a happy time.
as to auron, the guy dedicated his life to being a guardian, when he finally passed over to the farplane it was a little sad yes, cryworthy? no....

i love her screm as well. all of the BB crew have some kind of line, octopus's voice gave me chills and scared the hell out of me first time i played through the game. truely though, the various voices of B&B's are terrifying: raven included. only one i found annoying was Mantis.
and i dont understand this hate for raiden but then i didn't understand it in mgs2 to be honest. yeah he was a bit of a puss with his gyman...
UMMM i think i've missed something here? how can you play any pc game on ps3? this something to do with installing an OS?
how is sony stealing anything?
if a company comes up with a good idea and choose to adopt it i dont see how improving a system is stealing others ideas? evolving technology is about making it as adaptable and accessible as it can be. what fuking makes me laugh about this whole argument is the sheer falicy's in logic.
you got guys saying sony "lies and are unrealiable",
then you've got guys saying they are "stealing the competitions ideas&qu...
next gen is open for me, have had three incarnations of the playstation, but mgs has finished and both square/rockstar seem to be doing more and more multiplat stuff. GTA, FF and MGS were the games i grew up with so ps3 was almost a necessity.
think it'll come down to hardware, media capability and innovation. shot myself in the foot a little with the purchase of blu-ray as i'm not sure how much it'll feature in future consoles that arn't sony based, but guess ps3 will always d...
speak for urself vega. some of us are gamers first.
i have nothing but love for the upcoming gears 2, halo wars, and Red Alert (which development has now been stopped on ps3).
assuming you buy into POG's BS, how is MS any different? they released a console a year early wtih some dubious problems that ultimately became RROD. if they had done the proper testing, 4 million gamers wouldn't have had to send their consoles back for repair / swap.
yeah sony fans are loyal, but 360 fans would have to be pretty damn dedicated to stick with a console thats hardware fails at almost every opportunity.
you also talk about the competition innovatin...
what could possibly make you cry in FFX?
riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. so, you cant actually gain access to the website, and you receive a massive wanted level from the police for even trying but this glamorises child porn?
R* arn't saying child abuse is good, hell they are not even saying its acceptable - they are pretty much flat out stating that if you visit these sites you belong in prison.
I'm sure, if the NSPCC were asked about their stance on internet child pornography they would take much the same l...
jesus, give it a rest. not everything needs to be about attacking the competition.
the game looks sweet, graphics and the level of detail SE have produced look undeniably awesome. i just hope it plays well.
to appreciate the story fully yes. (though there is quite a lot of recap throughout.)
to enjoy the game, gameplay? absolutely not.
and to say MGS doesn't have much of a fanbase is crazy talk, according to VG figures mgs pushed 500,000 copies in two days.
gay isn't it?
shouldn't be separate reviews. end of.
at the very least, if reviewers are going to do it this way, there should NOT be a separate rating NUMBER score for the online component. it should be done as a package.
its actually ridiculous. if MGO had been released seperately to MGS4 then fair cop, but ultimately this review is saying that MGO is a standalone game, and its not. its a package, a package that compliments the single player just as the countless generation of games that have come before it. i find this particularly frustrating and vastly inapprorpriate - especially from a publication with such a vast readerbase.
if this is to become the norm for eurogamer then there is a littl...
e3's a safe bet... assuming its ready! which is fairly key to the whole process, surely?

"Right now I am playing final fantasy VII on my PS2. I am trying to finish a bunch of the side quest. I am doing the 30 rare hunts quest right now to collect the 30 trophys I need to get the Gungnir weapon from Atok..."
now read my post which was in reply... there is no gungnir weapon in FF7. understand now? or do i need to draw a diagram!!!!!! sheeesh!!!
LMAO course you are jo4garcia.
fairly sure there isn't a gungnir weapon in ff7, only person who pulls anything remotely similar is odin with his steel blade and he himself is easably sommonable using materia. your either talking about a completely diff game, or know something that 99.99999999999999% of the final fantasy community doesn't.
"rare" hunts suggest ff10.
@ 1.10
i would think it takes you 30 secs to down someone because of lag.
that or ur a sh1t shot! should be going for headshots anyway.
as to article. there are a couple reasonable points in there but they have been exaggerated and skewed rather infavourably. i clocked up 17 hours on my first play through. the game can supposedly be completed in 6h:30 and will unlock certain secrets in the game. personally i doubt the masses will manage this before the 4th...
its a 10 min install ONCE, you douche. i.e. the first time you put disk in ps3.
that is of course unless you actively delete data / reformat for some reason (and why would you?)
at some point it would be nice for people to actually know what they are talking about in n4g.
i'm in england and i have a bluray player. unless ur talking standalone players?
on subject of article (namely the title)
bluray can outPACE dvd,
or it can SURpass dvd,
it cannot OUTPASS dvd..
couple of them were alright, chaos was a legend.
you were better off doing the "overdrives" though. did far more damage.
