but 18 million X360 sales, lead console for the majority of current multiplat games and a six million (truely) dedicated core suggests MS HAS broken that stereotype.
i agree MS is more "hardcore" though (you'd have to be to give more than a seconds consideration to things like MS multiplat games "supposedly" doing things slightly better: i.e the antilasing on DMC4)

problem stems from the 360 fanboys with all the sh1t stirring that goes on in here. sony boys have had a solid year of abuse and are now just lashing out. its not right and i'm not justifying it but its at least understandable. saying that: lashing out at the genuine 360 gamers is not cool. hence the sympathetic bubbles.

gta4 is a multiplat realease. there is absolutely no reason why a gta fan ps3 user will upgrade to ps3 over xbox other than brand loyalty and maybe some familiarity.
my point remains that both consoles are set to make hardware gains with this release, i honestly dont know how pachter can justify a hardware boost on one console over another with the same game being released. its crazy talk fella i'm sorry.

and there would be no reason to provide MS with that receipt. unless they have just cause, or proof that what you doing is illegal MS cant do sh1t.
they can go after the source of the torrent (i.e. the initial provider and those that SHARE) but after that you hit a world of problems. namely the fact that people downloading the game will be doing it from several different sources rather than a single distributor - which is a bit of a grey area for copyright.

i'm sorry but i call bullshit i really do. sorry to pick on you but ur the second person in here to claim to of had a ps3 thats failed on them more than once, and i just dont see that happening.
you would have to be exceptionally unlucky to receive two systems from sony that breakdown, especially when sonys failrate is within industrial standards @ less than 3%. that or ur doing something stupid to the system (like trying to clean it with its own fans)
have to say i only really dabble with TFC2, but as of yet i haven't had any major issues with it. sometimes get a little lag playing as HWG, but other than that i've had a pretty solid gaming experience with it. bit disappointed that everyone elses experience differs tbh. some of those glitches look terrible.
