Is it just me or when you hear there is an big announcement from EA do you think something bad is going to happen?!
I've never had a problem with installs. It only takes a few minutes and it allows the game to run better.
Why are there always articles about install sizes when a game is released?!

Some sites have discovered that instead of doing real journalism they can find an issue that is controversial and write some garbage about it to get views.

I literally haven't even started half the games I downloaded for ps+ because I don't have the time to play everything. There are some games I have on disc that I can't play because I ran of of HDD space and I don't have room for the installs!

A. It depends.
Spending $60 for a game you play for 20 minutes before deciding you don't want to continue to play it is expensive. That works out to $3 a minute for something you don't like.
Spending $60 for a game you play for 120 hours is $0.50 an hour which is an amazing deal.
The problem with games is you don't know when you buy it if you are going to spend 20 minute...
Personally for the next game I would like a Red Dead Redemption prequel. One that shows John as an outlaw before he tried to settle down.

Imagine if you started a business that made $800. The cost to start the business and hire someone was $1000.
That means you lost $200 ($800 revenue - $1000 expenses).
My first Final Fantasy was XIII. I liked it but had no expectations going into it.
When I heard "it sucked compared to real FF games" I had to try the others. I bought them on psn. So far I finished VII and barely played the others.
I think nostalgia plays a big part in people's perceptions of the older games.

Capcom already charges people for DLC that is on the disc. I wouldn't be surprised if capcom wanted to charge people for patches.
