Halo 2 was better than 1 in every way.
Indeed. I'll be all over that come January.
Jesus h. cripes, they're really bridging the gap between a nanny state and outright totalitarianism.
Huh? What? That's a guy? Now I just feel weird.
WRONG. Not a video game and not Merkel. The problem was mental illness and only a complete idiot would think anything else.
People in game development also peruse this site.
Why? They amount to less than %5 of the population?
That ridiculous amalgamation of shit thrown together has gotta be one of the stupidest things I've seen in a long time.
...and the xbox 3 is somehow the Xbox One and Windows 9 has somehow become Windows 10. Wtf is going on in their brains!? Just keep rewriting facts and history until it suits you Microsoft.
edit: wrong iteration, it's all so confusing.
I think I'm going to have to go with Kosher on this one.
Citing a douchebag rag like The Sun is just about meaningless. It's like getting your daily dose of world affairs from The Enquirer or Fox "News" and thinking you're informed..
@ MachuchalBrotha316
Which part is confusing to you?
The noble ideal of social justice has been twisted by so-called sjws who would forcibly impose their individually held notions of what is righteous upon all and suppress the opinions of anyone who doesn't fall in line with their world view. aka fascism.
So no, not really the opposite of a bigot.
That's because the far right conservative nutbars and the extreme left wing sjws meet and blend into one common fascist ideology on the far side of the circle of sanity.
Every game is "special" to someone. You're the first person I'm aware of that has a special fondness for DR1. I'm not disagreeing -I'm just saying that it's no more special to you than anyone's favourite game is to them.
Remaster them all; just don't buy it if it's not "special" to you. I love a well done remaster.
I'll definitely be buying the game, but no one associated with the production or distribution of the game will see a dime from me.
Right there with you. I've been playing video games since their inception and I recognize that the past decade has been as golden an era as we've had so far. Now is as good as it's ever been and it's only getting better.
People only see what's pissing them off about the now, glossing over their memories and forgetting the gross limitations of the then.
I've tried many times to go back and appreciate my favourite games from other eras... it...
Rent, food, bills, booze, gaming, anything and everything else. That's the pecking order of priorities in our household, which means that we (my GF and I) buy every game that interests us. Probably >$400->$500 in Q4.
@ str8duval
"no matter who's doing it to whom"
Agreed %100.
I loved the Tomb Raider on the PS4. I would say it's one of the best games I've ever played and by most accounts, this one is even better, so I'm really looking forward to it.
All that being said, I too will be buying a used copy because I don't want Square Enix to be getting a dime from me.
That's the price you pay for taking money from A to prevent B from having fun. It's a douchebag way of doing business no matter how you loo...
"Walking simulators" are not some new type of gaming that's diluting the industry. Adventure games have been around since the inception of gaming. So-called "walking simulators" have been a part of the gaming world since the beginning of 3d gaming. Doom came out in 1993. So did Myst.
Just because you can't get into one type of gaming doesn't make it any less "real".
And to anyone who thinks that 2d platforming is the definition of &q...
