The insider also dropped another clue on the game:

“It’s a great game to play for when the weather outside is frightful.”

When the weather outside is frigthful, thats a quote from the song " Let it Snow" which leads to games with snow as a theme. Lost Planet sounds about right.

Well MS doesnt own Sunset Overdrive, thats an Insomniac intellectual property.

I'd bet its a $30-$40 title. I'd pay $50 for a nice physical version with some goodies, limited edition or whatever. I think 20 may be too low at launch, but you never know. Its an indie title per se, but it looks like theyve really put some budget behind this thing. I hope a lot of publishers regret not picking this up. Im guessing this is what Microsoft thought they were getting when they bought Rare.

Super impressed with how this is shaping up! I really hope this sells well its a much welcome break from all the realistic violence in games these days. Plus its essentially a "Nintendo" game thats available to everybody on all platforms. If this sells good across all plats it could wake Nintendo up to the potential of the 3rd party market for their games. Im just glad that this style of game is being made with this level of quality again. Ive definitely missed this rare charm, even...

Regardless of what this system is, I really hope it isnt dependant on a gamepad type device. My wii u gamepad broke down after several years of use and a new one is gonna cost $150. I usually go through at least 3 or 4 controllers each gen, if not more. This is a serious issue that Nintendo needs to be more aware of. It is unacceptable to expect people to pay that much for a new input device. Sure i can use the pro controller option but cannot play some games without it. It has left a bad ta...

Was really disappointed when I first got Titanfall and realized there was no campaign, but then I played the shit out of it and loved every minute! I still want a nice campaign though. There's a lot of cool stuff they could do. Ill definitely be soaking up all the TF 2 info I can from e3!

Hell yeah! There's definitely still a market for mascot platformers if theyre done right. Hell why doesn't someone make a spiritual-successor ala Yooka-Laylee?! The Crash and Spyro games along with Final Fantasy is how Sony stole the industry from Nintendo. If you were gaming then those were the classics of the era. Id definitely play a new version of any of those.

i just cant wait to finally see what Zelda is all about. I think they may finally switch to voice acting, except for Link. Im hoping theyve gone all out and create the best possible game here. We've been waiting far too long for this game. Thankfully the witcher 3 has scratched my zelda itch quite nicely.

Idk, I can see both sides of that argument though. Sure a delay might have provided some extra polish but look at how well gamers have handled those delays to Zelda. The game was still good at launch, just buggy and they patched it up pretty fast. The new patch is more or less stuff they improved upon while working on the new dlc. So with a delay, we would be waiting til just now to get these fixes along with the extra content. Im ok with how it all played out because for one, CDPR communicat...

Such an amazing game made even better with these updates. Im truly impressed with CDPR. They got a lot of flak when TW3 was released because of bugs and glitches, but they were always on the case tweaking things to near perfection. Im playing on Xbox one and im still amazed at how far this game has come. I havent experienced much choppiness or glitches lately, so Im glad I waited to truly dive in until it was fixed. The recent update fixed so many small things it truly feels like a different ...

Hardware wise, I gotta agree. Ive said for a long time that Ninty should really just become 3rd party. Theyd make so much more money and we would have one less system to buy. Nintendo could also save a shitload of money by not having to create and maintain the online infrastructure that online games depend on. Leave that crap to the other guys and just make awesome games. I love Nintendo and will continue to play their games. I just wish I could do it on my Xbox or ps4. Ninty has what the oth...

I wish they would stop worrying about this though. Theyre always worried companies are gonna "steal" their ideas, but they've got no problem taking ideas from other companies. Just announce the damn system so the hype can build. Its like theyre worried people won't buy the wii u version of Zelda if they show it off on the NX. And they're right. Kill the wii u already and just launch the new system. I really dont think that many people will be upset about their wii u pur...

Well they must have SOMETHING up their sleeves, right!? Its probably just space for all the announced games they have coming for wii u and 3ds, but a few surprises are almost guaranteed. I feel they tempered expectations by announcing theyd have a small showing at e3, that way if they have ANY surprises theyll get a good response to those few announcements. Less is more in some respects.

Im totally down for an upgraded box. Why not? If you are against upgraded consoles, blame the people who shell out $600 every year for the newest phone for opening up that can of worms. Fact is, theyve been updating and redesigning home consoles for generations. Even the NES had revisions and slightly better editions released well into its lifespan. People shouldnt be pissed about it, thats just the way business is. Enticing those who havent taken the plunge yet is the main goal, but the comp...

Yeah because everyone important left epic. What epics have they made since gears? Ill not be waiting patiently for the answer. The coalition is made up of industry vets from all over. Epic is like Rare now a shell of its former self.

As someone who grew up with cartridges, im excited about another cartridge based system. With so much digital distribution now discs are nothing but a medium that allows you to download a game. The only reason you need the disc is to authenticate your downloaded game everytime you play it. Disc drives are the most expensive thing in a console and there is a huge risk of failures. Plus load times and download times suck and were never an issue until the Playstation era. What we have come to ac...

Idk, when they say experimental now it seems to turn out to be another f2p title or a lame mobile game. Ive yet to see this experimentalness pay off for Epic. Sure they have creative control but what good is that if your creation doesnt resonate like your other creations? At least they got paid off UE4 and selling Gears to MS...

They sold it because they couldnt make another game the fans wanted and deserved. MS saw they could find better talent to continue the series with new lore. Theyre expanding the universe of the Gears series while Epic makes free to play dreck. Im glad MS bought gears so Epic wouldnt turn it into a f2p moba. The series has lots of untapped potential still.

Whether we like it or not, season passes are good business for devs and publishers. It's not that I fully agree with the practice as there are companies that take advantage of it. But if you understand business at all you can see the value in it for the companies and those who do buy the passes.

Making games is a huge investment and these content passes mitigate some of the costs of creating the game while giving pubs another revenue stream. More money in their pocket...

Nice for Xenoblade to be up there! Its a great game so far and proves the wii u has some life left in it. Ive been going between ps4 bloodborne, xb1 fallout 4 and xenoblade and its xenoblade that has me wanting more. That game has no right looking this good on the wii u... Makes many ps4 and x1 games look bad. Awesome game though. About the only game that could tear me away from fallout.
