Hell no! A couple of failures and we are having this convo? There's a risk factor for sure but the platform is showing its worth with the several great titles that have come out of it and there are several titles that look like winners coming in the next year or so. If Yooka Laylee and Bloodstained are both failures then we can start talking again.
If it runs and looks a lot better than the wii u version wouldn't that be a different experience? Same content maybe, but it running without frame rate issues will make it a better experience. I love my wii u but definitely picking up an NX with this.

MS makes money whether you play their games on a pc or an xbox. If they can have their foot in both markets at the same time why the hell woukdnt they take advantage of it?! It dont mean theyre killing the xbox brand thats a fanboy fantasy. If this was sony doing it the ps4 fans would be talking it up as a huge selling point. Xbox anywhere is a great deal for gamers its just crossbuy, which sony fans have railed against ms for not having.

Idk i thought there was a ton of good stuff, most of it all just seems so far out though. Maybe like what, 20 percent of all that was shown from all the companies comes out this year? Its mostly remakes or compilations this year. Id say it was a bit disappointing for sure because we cannot play most of the stuff till next year and beyond.

I hate when they show games 2 or more years out. All it does is get these fanboys in a huff by blowing smoke up their ass. I want to see games launching within the next 6 to 8 months not 3 years from now. Sony is notorious for stringing gamers along. Its 3 years into ps4 and most of their exclusive games have been remakes and remastes. I still dont get the hate the first game got. Sure it wasnt what UBI showed in the infamous e3 vids, but it was a good game in its own right. I enjoyed it despite its glitches and Im looking forward to checking this out, despite the lame teaser I just watched.

I feel you there, but this is a much needed break from all the violence that permeates games. They have this engine built for this so hopefully they will use it to do something like Conker. Or why the hell dont we just bug the crap out of Microsoft to let these folks at Playtonic make something with the Conker license? Theres still life left in the Conker franchise and MS doesnt seem to know how to utilize that IP.
