Day 1 Gamepass and at least it's not a remake of a Remaster being sold at full price in it's 3rd generation in a row. Totally new, original IP and it looks fantastic.
Obviously not every planet will be interesting. Just like in real life there will be completely barren planets. Maybe you will be able to mine resources or build some kind of base on a planet, find secrets, things like that. In our solar system, only earth is habitable and provides anything of real interest. It'll probably be like that. 1 or 2 planets in each system that have towns/cities that make up the main portion of the game.

Ever play Nioh? It was more like Ninja Gaiden meets Souls. I found it super fun to play as it was very fast paced style combat. Not that slow Souls style. I don't like that style either. It was super hard though so I never beat it but had a blast in what I played of it! Hoping this is more along those lines of gameplay but maybe not so difficult.
They should definitely put the PS5 version of Spider Man on there. Unlock it from Miles already!
I know, right?! It does look freaking awesome! I'm loving the graphical upgrade and special effects! Some cool features too like the PvP areas and the like. Seems like a game that will get played for years on end!
People are really going to compare it to everything else after one gameplay reveal video?! lol. Like they haven't been working on this for 10+ years and stuff. We only know such a small amount of info it's pointless to complain until it's in the hands of gamers so we can find out. Seems kind of pointless to judge such a huge game based off one 10 minute video. What a fickle, pessimistic bunch gamers are.

Cosmetic dlc are in everything now. I don't let that crap bother me. If there's people who want it then oh well they can have it. As long as it's not forced in any way it's one of the concessions we have to make to not have $100 dollar plus games. At least it's not just a remake of Diablo 3 with crap like that thrown in 🤷🤦
Wow actually she decent games included! I grabbed Switch Sports, Elden Ring PS5 and Sifu special edition for just over $100! I've been wanting to check out Sifu and that vengeance edition looks pretty sweet.
BotW was released at the same time on 2 consoles. MK 8 Deluxe is a rerelease with all the DLC added. Not nearly the same thing. Troll harder
The wakeup call is that there's tons of games coming the rest of this year and early next, and they're all Gamepass day 1. Gamers on Xbox wont have to spend $70 per game. This is a much bigger deal than people are giving credit for. The naysayers say there's no games on Xbox but they just rattled off 30+ over the next 12 months that will be day 1 GP! That's huge.

Who cares, the game looks phenomenal! I won't purchase any of the damn cosmetics and I imagine there will be plenty unlockable in the game that you don't have to buy. Also, day 1 GP so MT don't matter at all.

Have you tried performance mode? It looked good before but now seems to have an extra layer of polish that blurs the line between quality and performance modes. But yes, I am constantly in awe by this game in any mode. The colors and lighting and character models, just everything is so painstakingly crafted to such an unseen level it truly is amazing what they've been able to accomplish! This is the reason I bought my PS5.
