About time they added a free trial for the other tiers. I think a delay is good. The game looks cool, but I can't help feeling it might suffer from being a bit too 'woke' as it just has that kind of vibe to me. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt though and at least play the inevitable trial on PS Plus.

You clearly don't get it. The disc will still play without any updates. The company can very easily cancel your account and remove your digital licenses to any purchased games at their will. Read the terms. If my account gets banned for some reason but I own the disc, there's nothing they can do. I can create a new account, etc. There's no workaround like that for a digital game.

Yeah it's great. People don't know because they just either wrote it off entirely or only played the 1st hour or so and tossed it aside! Shame. Yes it is. You have to play beyond the 1st few hours as It gets better. Alot of players only scratched the surface. To each their own. It's a fun game with alot to offer and is pretty original.

You're complaining about no patch for months but maybe that's because they've been working on S/X and PS5 ports?
Hopefully it finds a bigger audience this time around. This is quite the underrated gem. There's a bit of quirkiness to the gameplay but it's fun as hell and it looks amazing even on last gen consoles!
If there's one thing I've learned with this generation, it's that nothing is definitive until you have the game in your hands. Here's hoping we do actually get this bad boy in November!
Yeah I'm going to play it digital on Plus then snag the physical version if I feel the game is worth it. Seems like a special game. The devs will get paid regardless though as Sony pays the devs for inclusion on PS plus.
