I think Move will still be there -
- Until Dawn survival game
- Some casual games
- The rumored Syphon Filter game by Sony London (I'm guessing Move support). Should work with shooting , grappling , and taser.
- Diablo 3 with Move support
- Perhaps a Killzone 1 full remake with Move support (or Killzone 4)
I'm digging the sound of Sony's post-E3 lineup with Gravity Rush , Sound Shapes , LBP , Killzone , and Soul Sacrifice ..... hopefully the 3rd parties can step it up.
It's not a "choose over the console versions" premise ... it is "in addition to" premise methinks.
Wii-U/windows game confirmed.
Game of The Year !
Not many are going to read your article with a crummy title like that.
Wander
Parappa could make a comeback , maybe even branch out into a platformer.
Sound Shapes (Vita).... how the heck is this not listed?
Warrior's Lair (Vita/PS3)
Ratchet and Clank Collection (PS3)
Papa $ Yo (PSN)
The Unfinished Swan(PSN)... depending on release date
Some rumored stuff for E3 -
Syphon Filter (PS3)
Until Dawn (Move)
New Media Molecule IP (Vita)
Other possibles -
Cold Hard Cash (unknown)
Guerrilla Games's next (it's been o...
STARHAWK over Ghost Recon
Seems like these would be fighters out of the group -
Crash
Spyro
Gex
Rayman
Support characters for Ratchet and Jak (or cameos)- Clank , Daxter
The rest = cameos
That would be tremendous news.
Woohoo !
Starhawk = MULTIPLAYER + single player + co-op
Max Payne 3 = SINGLE PLAYER + multiplayer
Wii-U will get most of the attention , and that's fine. It's a brand new system releasing this year and Nintendo will be revealing new games left and right and any 3rd parties with exclusive games will come out of the woodwork.
PS3 will do well. The Last of Us , Battle Royale , and God of War Ascension will headline and rightfully so , and they'll probably tease another game.
What will headline for Vita?
What will headline for the 360 othe...
I think many will recognize the character even if they don't necessarily play Twisted Metal. That killer clown is quite iconic from a visual standpoint , and his icecream truck is memorable too.
It's possible that the 360 nipped the PS3 at the end with December sales last year. In 2012 so far , it's looking like the PS3 is top dog worldwide , kinda the way it was in 2011 for the majority of the year. The casual power wears off a little after the gift giving season.
I think we'll see a 360 priceut pretty soon , and then the PS3 will go down to $199 towards the end of the year.
Pachter is only NPD focused though ... it seems as though the PS3 is the #1 selling console worldwide on a weekly basis in 2012 now that we are out of the holidays , and the worldwide software sales are also high for the PS3.
I actually think the 360 with a decent sized harddrive should be the system they gets a pricecut NOW. The 250 gig is $299 for gamers and then there's yearly online gaming fees on top of that ? Come on now Microsoft. That's some straight up BS.
I think what happened was Phil Harrison wasn't exactly keen on green-lighting Heavenly Sword 2 initially ... and Taheem got upset about it. What happened was a falling out with Sony and the move to multiplatform development and what transpired was a lot of b!tching and complaining about Sony , the PS3 , and its userbase. It seemed like you could find an article on N4G about them crying on a monthly basis for good stretch there. That's why some of the hardcore playstation fans were ups...
I dunno man , sometimes we get something really cool an unexpected like The Last of Us that he's been hyping. The guy you're probably thinking of is Major Nelson.
500k seems like a very high goal to me all things considered - time of release , price , less hype than PSP , and the growing question - is dedicated handheld gaming on a steady decline in general ?
The Last Guardian = full TGS blowout.
I think we'll be seeing more of Move.
Until Dawn
The Unfinished Swan
Any game from Guerrilla , Sony London , SuckerPunch , or Quantic Dream will support it and be demo'd with it.
Diablo III coming to PS3 with Move support ? Makes sense to me.
Plus any casual Move only games for the holidays.
