Well , there might be MORE games. It's hard to tell with all the Kinect stuff (which could be bringing casuals to 360 over PS3 in different ways).
That Kinect Sports is attracting a lot of people to 360 , and Dance Central 2 should be another hit. See what I mean ?

I would have started with -
1. Kinect success , hype , and advertising
2. $199 360 which is cheaper than the cheapest PS3 - (casuals and the less informed will bite at the holidays)
3. Advertising - possibly an extra free bonus game than Sony will pack-in for the holiday
4. Then maybe hit on the popularity of Gears , Halo , and multiplat shooters/live and what peoples friends might be playing.
I'm not sure how much XBLA or PSN game...
